...* iNTRODUCTIOn * The TV show Ghost Whisperer starring Jennifer Love Hewitt as Melinda Gordon, a woman able to speak to the dead first made it's debut on American TV channel CBS in September 2005. It also starred David Conrad as Jim Clancy, Melinda's husband and Aisha Tyler as Andrea Morino, Melinda's buisness partner and best friend. It recieved rave reviews with critics deeming it 'a breath of fresh air'. The show continued churning out the Season 1 episodes gaining more and more viewers each week leading to it being given the go ahead for a Season 2 which began airing in September 2006 in America (CBS). The show is also being aired in a further 27 countries including the UK where it is shown on Tuesdays on E4 at 9PM. Advantages: A truly thought-provoking work of art

...THE GHOST IN THE MACHINE Ghost in the Shell is inarguably Mamoru Oshii's most famous creation, one that can be seen as standing in a similar position in the director's achievements as Akira is to Katsuhiro Otomo. With its deeply philosophical attitude and pondering feeling, the film is distinctly Oshii's creation with all his strengths and weaknesses. Based on the manga by Masamune Shirow, Ghost in the Shell details the operations of Section 9, the covert organization set up to deal with technology-based crime. As the world has become more and more computerized, crime has developed into more sophisticated hacking into the interactive network in which the cyborg enforcers of Section 9 can access any network on Earth in order to hunt them down. Advantages: Encourages story-telling; visually appealing

...Having been impressed by David Melling's 'The Kiss that Missed' and used it successfully as the basis for a drama session with a group of four-year-olds, I asked if I might be the first to borrow his picture book 'The Ghost Library' when I spotted it amongst a pile of new books at my local library. The cover, which has 'glow-in-the-dark' appeal, shows three strange creatures peering down at a book that a little girl in dressing-gown and pyjamas is trying to read. It gives the impression that there will be plenty to stimulate the imagination inside. Bo, the little girl on the cover, is reading her favourite book about a witch with smelly feet. It's bedtime, and the lights suddenly go out. Bo feels a hand grab her book, and before she knows it she and the book are jerked into the air. She soon finds herself in the ghost library... Advantages: Body lotion works well, fragrance is fresh and girly, plenty of pink
Disadvantages: No big ones, body lotion could be a little stronger.

...This is the only place I could find to review a gift set I have of Ghost Cherish EDT adn body lotion. The set comes in a fairly sturdy box (pink, my favourite colour) which I will be keeping to use for storing craft stuff later as the box smells of the EDT. The 30ml bottle of EDT is similar to the original shown in the picture, but is clear and the liquid is pink (very girly). I personally love the smell, but feel it will be like the original, you will love it or hate it. The Ghost website describes it as 'having tones of pink grapefruit, apple, freesias, rose, lotus flowers and cedarwood'. I'm not an expert on perfume, but my opinion is that it is a strong, fresh smell, that has a slight sweet hint to it. I've found that I've worn the perfume more for day wear than anything else, as it isnt too overpowering, and stronger... Read review
