The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown- Ancient Mysteries

Advantages: A good read
Disadvantages: Part of the plot is not too convicing

...Been waiting for this novel for quite sometime and I have to say I have built up a lot of expectations on this. Well, does it meet all my expectations? I think the answer is yes and no, depending how you look at it. The story begins with our hero Robert Langdon being invited to give a talk in Washington DC by his mentor Peter Solomon. To his surprise, it was actually someone else, other than Peter who invited him and it was not a talk but instead he was given a mission-to find the Ancient Mysteries which is believed to be buried within the DC, otherwise, Peter will be killed. The appearance of the severed hand of Peter in the Capitol Rotunda is given to Robert as a warning and his first clue in the search. On the other hand, there is another parallel story going on with Katherine Solomon, Peter?s sister at her research facility...

Advantages: Fine for getting from A to B
Disadvantages: Nothing special

Review of LOT

A LOT of pros and cons but some stars

Advantages: Retains old fashioned touches rarely seen in Europe
Disadvantages: Service is not usually with a smile

...timetables allow and the price is right. Happily this applied to LOT who I had been curious to try for sometime. LOT usually park their aircraft just by the gate that the BMI lounge in terminal 1 overlooks; a good advert if ever there was one. They run three flights a day to Heathrow and code share with BMI who are co Star alliance members. Oddly, the BMI website does not offer business fares to Warsaw (BMI offer business fares on very few routes) but from what I can tell LOT do run most or possibly all there services on each route. Check in Check in was at the BMI desk (it is a BMI code share) I wrote extensively about check in desks in my BMI review and as I was here in the middle of the day the queues were more manic than I am used to. However, aside from getting past a floorwalker who demanded to know why I was not checking in on line...

Advantages: Scary, well written
Disadvantages: A bit slow at times

A lot like Boredom

...Isn't it funny how when you are in the peak of one of your reviewing moods you seem to be able to sit down and review anything, in fact you may look out especially for things and see them as something you can review rather than something you might actually enjoy. Let me break it down a bit for you, perhaps its how when men go out in town they'll see women as numbers, usually on a scale of one to ten, and if I'm trying to give an example to the simple women readers amongst us.. well, I'm out of examples. Review of A Lot Like Love (DVD)

Romance, comedy, action and lots of love

Advantages: a great read, couldn't put it down, has lots of love!
Disadvantages: a chunky book, took a while to get into

Whats with this LOT? I mean is it really that bad?

Advantages: A LOT of nothing
Disadvantages: A LOT of corruption involved, really bad/corrupt customer service

...An absolute pile of pants is the short but polite description of this company. It is a low cost airline operating out of Poland(What is this country good for? - answers on a postcard). The reason I went with LOT was because it was cheap, offered a cheap return flight and was one of a few airlines servicing the country of Bulgaria at that particular time of year. I didn't base it on anything else because I do not use airlines too often and in Bulgaria there is little in the way of passenger planes too and from the country particularly not in the tourist season. I went to the plane in a very organised fashion boarding the plane after a meal in the hilton, when I mentioned to a ticket handler I was using using LOT airlines I had the response "Oh your using LOT are you," and he gave a slight laugh, like I've got something to look...

I discovered it back when it was the daily featured game on the bigfishgames.com website and was immediately attracted to the lovely colourful graphics and shining overview. The concept is that you build enough houses and other buildings to make money so you can build more houses, eventually reaching the level objectives and advancing onto another level, which is unfortunately exactly the same. I downloaded the hour-long demo provided at bigfish games and a number of other daily games websites, and I found it lasted over enough levels to persuade me to actually buy it.
