Advantages: amazing story, the best actors/actresses, costumes amazing. EVERYTHING!

...I am a keen lover of all things singing and dancing. I have loved the ‘Disney’ story of The Lion King since it came out at the cinema, and was dying to see the show at the Lyceum Theatre. I was lucky enough to see this award winning musical last year. The story: Young Simba is son of the King of Pride Rock, Mufasa, so is heir to the throne. Simba (a lion) meets Nala (a lioness) when they are young, and they become best of friends. The beginning of the story tracks their friendship, which turns into love when we see them age. Simba’s father dies, when Scar (the baddie!) kills him in order to be King. Simba is supposed to become king, but Scar ends up taking over the throne through his lying to Simba and banishing him from Pride Rock. ...From people I’d spoken to and ops I had read on Ciao I was expected to be blown away by ‘The Lion King’. I saw it on Thursday and though it was good I didn’t feel it was up to the hype surrounding it so thought I’d give an alternate side to all those rave reviews! First what was great … The puppetry and the way the animals were portrayed was fantastic - especially at the start of the show where most of the animals parade into the theatre. Best of all was a huge , and baby, elephant that ambled onto the stage! I enjoyed the fact that you could see exactly how the puppetry was being worked - there was no attempt to hide the person who formed part of the animal and controlled it’s actions. ...that the first Lion king film exceeds me almost altogether on repeating a movie I have already watched more than 7 times. So after saying all that I will have to repeat - this release is a 5 disc set. It is enough discs for me and I think it is to be enough discs for you. For now I will just say that the better king of talking animal movies would always be a Disney film just like the jungle book, bambi, dalmations and many more; I saw all Disney films like this at the pictures. ...Being the King fan I am, a review of the most recent music album to relate to his works is inevitable. Please bear this in mind, and consider that you might find this album less exciting if you are not a King fan, as many of the albums songs handle passages and characters from his books. I personally love this album, but some of the songs would lose much of their charm to me if I did not appreciate the Stephen King references. The movie was released in 2002 just after The Mummy Returns was released in 2001. The film of course features The Scorpion King, who was resurrected in The Mummy Returns. ...! - Size isn’t everything The first thing that hits you when you enter Balti King is its size – it isn’t exactly the largest place in the world, but then it isn’t overly small for it’s needs. There hasn’t been a time when I’ve been there and had to wait for a table. There’s also a room above the restaurant which I think is used for larger parties and I think they can be booked too, which is nice. One of the waiters will take you to an appropriate table on entry, and they’re quite friendly with you, especially if they’ve seen you in there before! The main room is quite cool because of the fans fitted to the walls. At this point it is important to mention the music. ...perfectly. This song is more of a metal ballad and is as great as all the other tunes I have mentioned if not better. So, this is a band that can pull off a variety of different sounding songs and have mass appeal as there is something here for everyone so you can not confine them to any one particular genre as this would just be wrong as there are so many different sides to King Prawn. They combine this Ska greatness with some RATM style vocals and surprisingly it seems to gel really well - I have learnt never to doubt what King Prawn do as mixing things you never would have thought of doing always seems to work great to make way for awesome listening. I really enjoyed this tune as it is Ska'y while being other things like hip-hop at the same time. Check this tune out as it is sure to please anyone - whatever style of music you like I am certain...
