...Over the years there have been a number of bands that have been by and large overlooked by the British music buying public. After their success with "Place your Hands" it seems that Reef slide away into this category to almost be totally forgotten about. It would probably be a surprise to many that since releasing the track they'll always be remembered for they have subsequently released another three albums. This is their third Studio album and comes two years after the success of "Place Your Hands" and seems to highlight the start of the decline that seen Reef become the forgotten band. Recorded just two years after the bands second album Glow, Rides is perhaps an album that should have been a lot bigger than it actually was. A good ride

Advantages: good for coordination
Disadvantages: none

...This first ride on toy from the EL C is a really good toy / we have one at my works. This light blue vehicle has 4 green wheels, a yellow seat that lifts so you can stow away your teddy or anything else for that matter. The orange steering wheel is on a stem and has a yellow hooter that works. On the front of the ride on there is a There is an orange badge with a yellow flower like emblem on it. Behind the seat there is an orange handle good for a back rest or for mummy or daddy, or in my case teach assistant to push makes the going easier. Now this toy is suitable for a child aged between 1 and 3 years old. Now your tot is sat on it, feet firmly on the floor look comfortable. How does he/she make it move well they push it along with their feet sort of scooting it along? A tot of 1 has not yet got the co-ordination for pedals so...

Review of ELC First Ride On

An Electrifying Ride!

Advantages: Vocals well done, great guitar and drum playing, awesome first half
Disadvantages: Production values could be somewhat better, not so consistent 2nd half

The classical guitar-work which opens the album might be misleading, but make no mistake - this is a mighty fine thrash metal album, and opener 'Fight Fire With Fire' soon becomes engulfed in blazing riffs, played at a breakneck pace. The song never lets up on the speed, and when it comes around to the vocal break there's some bloody brilliant blistering guitar leads from Hammett, followed by the guitars backing off temporarily, in which you can just sense Ulrich picking up the pace on the drums - sometimes I burst into laughter because it's so damn awesome. The perfect way to begin the album and oh yes, this is my favourite track. But other songs are as good. Title track, 'Ride The Lightning' follows, and whilst it's not as fast as the first song, it's also got great chugging guitar riffs and an electrifying guitar solo...

...Ride the Lightning is the second studio album released my heavy metal/ thrash giants Metallica. Released July 27th 1984 and has since sold over 5 million copies in the USA alone. The album was released a year after Kill ?em all (Metallica?s debut album) and in such a short time you can really tell how much the band has matured from ruthless teenagers to more deep musicians. The album deals with what some people would call stereotypical metal themes but I think that Metallica have gone further on the topics and really put a lot of thought into each track giving each one a uniqueness about it. Ride Timeless

Advantages: probably one of the best boards on the market
Disadvantages: Won't except anything less than full throttle

After a lot of deliberation i decided to go for the ride timeless, and here's why : General Performance The timeless is mainly a freeride board and for this kind of riding it's exceptional. But you can also count of it for all round mountain performance. You can literally take this board to mach 3 and it will still be smooth and responsive, no chatter to speak of. This means that it is not a board for the feint hearted (no pussys please) and it?s just not happy to go at any speed...

Shotover Jet- apparently the world's most exciting jet boat ride.

Advantages: Fun, excitement, safe, family friendly
Disadvantages: Expensive, a bit tame

You are being filmed for the duration of the ride by a camera at the front of the boat and another one at the rear. Selected clips of this (presumably the best) are made available as a pricy souvenir at the end of the ride. So overact the fear to your heart's content as you near the walls, or yawn and look bored, as you choose. Safety and comfort For safety reasons, you wear life jackets and for comfort, you don waterproofs. Don't expect these to keep you dry - you will be soaked by the end of it, particularly if you sit in one of the edge seats. The edge seats are definitely more fun - do take one of those. Review of Shotover Jet Boat Ride, Queenstown

The Grow and Go Ride On is the only ride on you will need

Advantages: Variety of use and sounds, educational, bright lights, sturdy but easy to assemble
Disadvantages: No volume control, voice becomes annoying after a while.

...We purchased this toy as a Christmas present for our son. He was 8 months old at the time and crawling. We initially gave him the steering wheel section as this can be placed on the floor and he loved the noises and singing it makes. Unusually the voice is an English male unlike most toys which tend to have American women singing and talking. The downside is he is very loud and there are no volume controls so it can drive you mad after a while. We let him have a little go on it as a rocker too at that age with some help from us for support and the rock motion and he loved it. Unfortunately we did not get a lot of use out of it as a rocker and his older cousin and some of the other children who would visit would assume it was a normal ride on and would try to drag it along on the rockers so we had to quickly convert it to a bike to stop...

It also features a little tuft of fabric hair (For early exploring) and moveable toggles on either side of it's head, the ears act as the handles and the main colour of the product is yellow with orange Mane, red seat and blue and green wheels. The Lion also has a sensor, whenever it is moved it will give off a little song too. (Luckily it has an on/off switch underneath). The seat can either be clipped down (there's a mechanism underneath the seat, which can click into place) for the child to ride on or clipped in an upward position...

Advantages: Stunning to look at, with high quality acting, script and sensibilities.
Disadvantages: Slightly overlong at 132 minutes, and the DVD is light on extra features.
