...I was recently lucky enough to acquire a very large and rather exotic looking snake. A very close friend gave it to me. He thought it would give me endless hours of pleasure. He wasn't wrong! I am loving it! I have been carrying out exhaustive research, spending every night trying out all the things that might make the little chap happy and comfortable. I want to give my new pet pleasure, make him feel at home, make him feel wanted and cosseted, so that he will grow bigger and bigger and be around to give me pleasure in return for many years to come. My snake is a rare breed, a Rosy Headed Night Burrower. It is quite long, and has a surprisingly thick girth. It feels heavy and quite substantial when taken in the hands. Advantages: Snakes are hardy and fairly easy to keep. These are great for both novice and advance herpetologist.
Disadvantages: ALL SNAKES ARE GREAT ESCAPE ARTISTS...you are warned!

...North American King and Milk Snakes make fascinating pets that are hardy and easy to care for. Their colors are a delight(especially the Milks that resemble a poisonous Coral Snake), and reach a maximum of 6 ft. in legnth. Snakes are secretive and prefer to hide most of the time. Unlike lizards they don't need to bask as much, but do require a warm area, or warm air climate, to aid in digestion. If you plan to hibernate snakes, you must stop feeding them about 2 weeks before hibernation. If your like me and owned a variety of these snakes, with containers being numerous they are kept simple. A snake needs a hiding place, a jagged rock, substrate, a water dish, and perhaps a tree or branch to climb(if the specie is arboreal. Milks and Kings are basic ground dwellers). ...If you are looking for a snake as a pet you must first examine your reasons for wanting one. Too many people buy snakes as a fashion accessory or to make them look “hard”. This gives reptile owners (most of who are very responsible) in general a bad name. First you must find a suitable tank for your pet, an all glass fish tank is ok, as long as it has a tight fitting lid with adequate ventilation, you can also get or make a snake house, which is a wooden box with a glass sliding door on the front. The tank should be at least half as long as the snake. The floor of the tank (substrata) can be one of many things, newspaper being one of the cheapest and easiest to clean, woodchip is another good floor covering but cedar chip is poisonous to reptiles. A lot of people also use sand but you have to be careful your snake doesn’t ingest... Read review

After this Flynn shoots two of the three hit men in the leg and the other manages to escape unharmed until he is shot at again when trying to catch fleeing Neville Flynn and Sean Jones. Later after he is interrogated about the murder he witnessed Sean Jones needs to be transported to LA so that testify against the gangster and so Neville Flynn is again sent along to protect him on a plane journey. Luggage is loaded onto the plane like any other plane but unfortunately the murderous gangster has found information with what plane and time that Sean is going to be on and so a last attempt to kill the witness is called out again to the gangster's hit men. ...Myself and my boyfriend visited Samui Snake Farm while on holiday in Ko Samui in October 2007. Getting There Samui Snake Farm is located in the south west of Ko Samui so you would need to take public transport such as a taxi to this attraction. We hired a Jeep for the day and drove ourselves here which was very easy as Samui Snake Farm was labelled on the map we followed. Admission Prices We paid roughly £2.50 each for admission which we thought was very reasonable. Samui Snake Farm Samui Snake Farm holds many different species of snakes including some of the most venomous snakes around such as the King Cobra. ...In the mid 1970's to early 80's, my husband and I owned a small tropical fish shop specialising in freshwater and marine fish, reptiles and amphibians. As well as selling snakes in the shop, we also kept several snakes as pets at home. There were two snakes that were memorable for very different reasons; this is the story of Rocky. Rocky, was a young Indian Python. I was visiting an Importer and was offered Rocky as he was unsaleable. He was a newly imported snake of about 3 feet in length and was very badly scarred. When they are caught in the wild, they are often very roughly handled and sometimes die from their injuries. The Importer donned a thick pair of leather gauntlets to handle Rocky saying the snake was also aggressive. I did begin to wonder at this point what I was taking on.
