To boldly go home - back in time.

Advantages: Funny and logical movie that will appeal to more
Disadvantages: Weaker plot than previous movies in the series.

...After the success of the first three movies, Lenard Nimoy took over as director of the fourth movie 'The Journey Home'. With his direction Star Trek began to appeal more to the masses, as this movie became a success. Although it would be useful to have seen the previous movie (to understand why the crew are being called home for a 'court marshal') it is not essential, as the story doesn't rely on the plots of previous movies. <The Movie> Captain Kirk and his crew are called back to Earth to face court marshal after disobeying orders, stealing the Enterprise and destroying the Enterprise. Spock, still coming to terms with his resurrection accompanies the crew back to Earth to present evidence that may help save the crew from disgrace. However before arriving at Earth, Earth comes under attack from a strange alien satellite...

Virgin Voyager on the brink of extinction?

Home Alone

...Home Alone, was a classic hit comedy film that was first released in 1991. Even in my adulthood, I am more than happy to watch the film again, and when I was a kid I use to remember watching this film a hundred times during the Christmas holidays and summer holidays. It was such a feel good family fun film; it was the sort of film that even if you?ve watched it once you would never gets bored watching it over and over again. Plot: The film opens with the entire McCallister family packing for their Christmas vacation to France. The family is exceptionally big, some 30 plus including adults. Advantages: Westlife, great songs and voices
Disadvantages: A few week links and very ballard orientated

...This is another great album from the 4 Irish men. It is titled Back Home. There are 12 tracks on this CD:- 1 - Home - This is a beautiful ballard from the group which you will have probably have heard on the radio or advertised on the TV when the adverts for this album appears. It has a lovely tune and is very easy listening. 2 - Us against the world - This is another ballard but has a different edge to it from their usual ballards. The tune is very catchy and the song has great words. More upbeat than some of the songhs on the album. There is a very catchy chorus which is very easy to pick up so you will soon be singing along! 3 - Something right - This song has a lovely tune which makes easy listening. A Christmas voyage!

Advantages: interesting, great cast, hilareous extra

Advantages: Sharply written, surprisingly insightful, unsurprisingly FUNNY!

Advantages: friendly people, rooms, pools, public areas very well looked after, different themes everyday

...Ahoy...and welcome aboard the good ship Voyager is how we were greeted to our accomodation in Kenya. As you have proabably already read or guessed this whole complex is based on a cruise ship which can be great fun from the raising of the flag in the gardens, to the cabins (or rooms) decor, to the lunch horn making all the newbies jump of the sunbed its so loud, to the docking in a different country everyday. The Voyager is majority all inclusive for the Brits, so all meals and local drinks inc. Drinks were ok, the wine tasted better in the restaurant than at the bars, Allsopps is the beer to go for my husband said which is in a bottle, hes wasnt so keen on the draught Tusker. There was also the cocktails list of the day which had 3 or 4 diffferent ones to try. Unfortunately we wernt that impressed with the food. The quality was...

Advantages: Well written script and fresh situations.
Disadvantages: Cold war references.

Quite worryingly the species has been extinct on 24th Century Earth for a while, but as Kirk points out they weren't on the Earth in the 20th Century..... and so calculations are performed for time travel to the year 1987. Emotionally the characters had been through the mill in the last two films and the main difference between this and the previous films is the fact this is much lighter in tone, there is a fair amount of humour in the story and this makes Star Trek IV - The Voyage Home a very enjoyable film overall. It also a film that story wise is different to others and original with just a few eco based messages that are clearly put across on screen towards the audience.
