...A couple of weeks ago I popped in to The Body Shop in Bath, as I needed a new hairbrush. The thing is whenever I go in I never come out just with what I intended to buy. I had been considering buying either the Shimmer Cube or the Shimmer Waves but had not decided so had a look and still couldn't make up my mind so I was going to leave it but I just couldn't! One of the shop assistants asked me if I needed any help and I explained my predicament. She said they were both really easy to use and were great colours and the looks they could achieve were brilliant and that she had bought both in the end! I was determined not to do that! Advantages: Great idea, very playable, excellent courses, nice wave effects.
Disadvantages: Sound isn't great but it is quite an old game, small selection of racers.

...Most people can't afford a jet ski, and if they can they're probably rich and don't use it let alone race it. But I can tell you if the real thing is half as much fun as Wave Race 64 we would all be out on the nearest lake, river, puddle, getting our racing fix. Wave Race 64 was the one of the first games I purchased on the N64 and one of the best. The graphics, sound and gameplay were all much better than anything I had seen before and a lot of things you will see today. The way the waves actually rise and fall lapping against the beach and anything else in the water were just some of the details you notice as soon as you switch the cartridge on. ...sections to create 'ropes' and then allow to dry naturally, then allow the sections to unwind to leave your hair with loose irregular waves. Now maybe its just my hair but if I was to wind it up and let it dry even without the help of a styling product it would have a loose wave to it. But it cant hurt to help the wave by trying this product. So spraying it on my so far loose hair, I first note that it has a pleasantly coconutty smell to it, very much like suntan cream. Given the oily layer I dont want to use too much in case it makes my hair look greasy again. So while I am enjoying the smell I plait my hair and hope that the smell lasts. ...Erlier on this year I had a overheating problem with one of my computers which was only 6 months old, after getting in touch with the company from who I had purchased the comnputer (T-ME Computers) who informed me over the phone at great expence (£1+min over 1 hour) that the computer would be picked up within 28 days & fixed then rediliverd within 36 days (brilliant costomer support). After being a shaver for about 13 years on and off, I can wholeheartedly agree with their statement. Their entire range is second to none whether it is razors,shaving gels or these handy balms. They offer 3 different styles and fragrances in their product range which is repeated throughout. Of the 3 ranges, I prefer the "Cool Wave" range due to its soothing and sweet smelling fragrance. The Cool Wave After shave balm comes in a small Grey oddly shaped plastic bottle that has a rounded top. Contained within the top is a small push down dispenser that is hard to press back down when you have "balmy" hands. Not the easiest of things to open or close. The bottle is easy to grip... Although it can be used any time of the year, 'Ocean Waves' is advertised as a 'Beach Blonde' product which is a range by John Frieda. John Frieda has lots of products for blonde hair, and now also does a range for brunettes and redheads. As you can probably tell from my photo, I have blonde, reasonably long and straight hair. Sometimes, I like to make my hair wavy for a change, I do this by plaiting my hair into 8 plaits after I have washed it and then undoing them when they are dry.
