...The Wraith - Insane Clown Posse (ICP) ~~~Background~~~ ICP are probably one of the most controversial bands/groups ever. The two main protagonists are Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. The music is known as 'Horrorcore' or 'Horror rap'. They have various brushes with the law. All of their albums contain explicit language, sexual and horror imagery and repugnant themes, brill!! The fans of ICP are known as 'Juaggalo's' and are a pretty loyal and hard core bunch. The albums, the group and the shows are very much themed on a carnival type dressing, but called by them, the 'Dark Carnival'. People have been quite badly hurt at the concerts by things getting out of hand, both members of the audience, and on at least a couple of occasions by the band. Do not go gentle into that good night

Advantages: A good game with some great innovations
Disadvantages: It can be tempting to play around a little too much

...I peered into a candle and died, granted it was only a game but it was a very intense experience. My friends and I were in a darkened room with, the only light came from two candles and the storyteller, Clinton, held one candle to his face and I held the other to mine, the glare from the candle blinded me to everything but Clinton’s face. I watched with growing intensity as the light danced on the steel rims of his glasses as in a very calm, relaxed, almost hypnotic voice he described in every detail my untimely demise. I was hooked! Stargate Atlantis - 'Lost city of the Ancients'

Advantages: More family friendly than SG1
Disadvantages: Loses some intensity

...An excellent idea, spin off series from Stargate SG1. A highly successful series with a cult following. Set in a new galaxy, led by a civilian, with a young cast. This gives it more of the family element, but risks losing some of the cult following. The new galaxy element gives it, essentially, the same premise as SG1 - use the Stargates to explore, and battle with a sinister enemy. Introducing the Wraith - the species that forced the Ancients to leave this galaxy and head to Earth (was coming here really a good idea?) Thankfully for the fans, the main elememts of the show stay true to the original - meeting new races with their own experiences of the Wraith, forming alliances, making enemies (since awakening the Wraith, the teams are often the bringers of bad news for worlds unprepared for an attack so soon.), and fighting...

all that glitters isnt gold

...& The Wraith of Stargate Atlantis I think). Basically this is Hellboy & friends trying to stop these bad elves finding 3 parts of a crown that gives them access to an unbeatable army. It's a bad plot, pacing is awful & the film feels at least 20 minutes too long. Putting the end sequence on top of the clockwork echoes the end of the 1st film too much, almost like they didn't have any new ideas & recycled this in hope we wouldn't notice their lack of creativity. All the fight sequences are very overdone, the movie just tries too hard. The original was a much better film. This just didn't have enough new ideas to succeed....
