Lexmark Z 1520

Advantages: cheap, good looks
Disadvantages: a bit big

...Lexmark Z 1520 Lexmark are a company that have been designing and making printers for a while now, so firstly you know that they are great quality. However one bad ting about them is that their ink is quite dear compared with other printer manufacturers. You can however shop around, buy cheaper ink compatibles or even refill your old cartridges if you want to save the odd quid or two. The printer itself looks very cool and futuristic, its cool shiny white body and its black panels go well to give this printer a stylish edge against all its other competitors in the market today. It is however quite long and does appear quite big in the flesh. I cant help thinking they could have saved a lot of space and I feel that they really could have made it smaller and more compact. Review of Lexmark Z1520

Logitech Z-5500...It will blow your head off!!!

Advantages: Very loud, very good quality, easy to set up
Disadvantages: Big and heavy subwoofer but that's to be expected!

..., I did some research on the type of connectors I would need and where to plug them in. As it turned out I could theoretically plug some speakers straight into the ps3 via optical cable to deal with games and films. So, pretty simple then...or not. I never thought it would be so hard to find some reasonably priced speakers! Almost all of the surround sound kits come with a DVD player which I did not need because of the ps3's ability to play them as well as Blue rays.... So after failing miserably to find any, I eventually came across the Logitech Z-5500 - and I'm glad that I did. ~ The Setup I Have Now Got ~ When I found these speakers I originally thought that they would not be suitable due to the fact that on the box it says they are to be used mainly for PC's - but this was printed long before the PS3 came about, apparently. Advantages: This challenge got my brain working!

Review of A-Z for Members Challenges

Jay-Z takes a tumble

Advantages: Some strong songs, some moments of lyricism
Disadvantages: Too driven for a pop market, corny hooks

...After bursting on to the scene and turning heads with Reasonable Doubt, (see previous review of mine) this second album came in the aftermath of the killing of Notorious BIG who was a close friend to Jay-Z. However that did not derail Jay-Z from progressing and he quickly released this which was to be his second studio album. The production on this album which unlike his previous album, has much more of a mainstream appeal to it and seems apparent that it was very much a focused effort to garner more sales by appealing to a much wider audience. This is apparent from the style of the production to some soft hooks. In fact this presentation is prevalent throughout the album and is immediately quite a contrast to the previous one. Unfortunately the production isn't the only change as the lyrics have also had a mainstream makeover...

Dragonball to Dragonball Z

Advantages: CN version censored for kids, kids love it
Disadvantages: Not for everyone, I hate censorship, pointless censoring, violence?, adult-ish themes, kids love it, too commercialised

Review of Dragonball Z

BMW 1.9 Z3 Roadster

Advantages: Great for hot, sunny days and posing, great build quality
Disadvantages: Attracts unwanted attention, NOT a sports car

...If you want a BMW Z3 then do not go for the 1.9 version. The small engine, although provides some torque, is not up to the job to power a heavy 2 seater roadster. I bought a 1997 model in blue, with 65,000 miles on the clock for £8,000 back in April 2006. After changing jobs I fancied a change in car. I had always wanted a small two seater convertible and had considered the MX-5 and MGF. Although I like the look of both of these cars they are a bit.....well...... ponzy. I wanted a 'mans' convertible. Unfortunately the SLK, Z4 etc were way beyond my budget, as was the Z3 - or so I thought..... When I saw the Z3 I had to have a drive in it. It was a bright and sunny day, not too hot since it was April, but the rag top brigade were out in force. The Z3 felt sluggish, but then I had just gotten rid of my 240bhp twin entry turbo...

...I have been sat at the PC for a good three hours now, sadly searching f or anything that came into my head! Im so bored!. Zach is in bed, and has been since 5pm as he is poorly with a tummy upset. My hubby has gone in the bath and I think he has drowned!
