...lower than Lenovo is 3Ghz upwards. Quite how the ThinkCentre A55 hopes to even try to compete with other manufacturers offering 3-4Ghz CPU's with a price tag of around £50 less is somewhat of a mystery. Having said that, as my mate has proven with flying colours.."there is one born every minute" The memory installed is on a par with most budget PC's and is supplied with 512Mb DDR II SDRAM. Thankfully memory these days is a relatively cheap upgrade option. The hard drive installed again is somewhat below acceptable for the price tag. The A55 is supplied with an 80Gb hard drive. Although this size of drive is acceptable, for £400 you would expect something around 100 -120Gb in size. The graphics card is on-board as is the norm with all budget PC's. ...Unlike the bricks of the early mobile phone era, the siemens A55 is sleak, pretty stylish, small, and only brick-like in its incredible durable-ness..if that isn't a word, then the A55 has made it one. As far as cheap-end phones go i would say this is undoubtably the best. Its rivals, mostly Nokia mobiles lack any interest and are a hark back to the days of heavy, square gadgetry. Advantages: Off the beaten track, scenery.

...the rabbits otherwise your score will drop! The games are quite standard really - but if you wanted to play top quality games I think you would probably be better off buying a Gameboy Advance or something like that. The A55 comes with 5 profiles, 2 that can be customised to your own individual liking – you can even rename them. It also comes with an Aircraft mode, and after playing around with it I realised that the phone was actually disconnected from the network when in this mode. Text messaging was easy - which is very important to me. I figured out that the number 1 key was the space and not the 0 key. Could get quite confusing if you are used to Nokias, but it was quite simple really when people complained that you put full stops inbetween every word! ...The Siemens A55 is small, reliable, sturdy and cheap. It's easy to use and cheap to run, with good battery life of approx 60 hours continuous. If you're just looking for a bog-standard, no frills PAYG phone then this could be the one for you. It has space for 40 text messages, 100 phone numbers, and all the usual stuff, calculator, alarm clock, call records (including missed call feature and free missed call alert) games, voicemail, and a good selection of ring tones. It's not the top of the range, but then that's reflected in the very reasonable price of £35 (when I bought mine back in Nov 2003). Mine's still going strong despite being dropped about 15 times. Advantages: Strong. Fairly Light. Offers great support and flexibility.
Disadvantages: Doesn't come with a head.

.... This is also helpful for the winter and during cold shoots where the aluminium legs can get very cold and not feel comfortable to hold at all. The padded legs stop this, you'll still want gloves at the height of a bitter winter but the legs won't be numbing your fingers in a hurry. There is a spirit level located at the top centre of the tripod. I think it's a little superfluous but does come in handy a couple of times when your really trying to get that level shot. Out in the field the tripod works very well and feels very sturdy and solid. I've been out in a gentle gale with this thing, and although I was being blown around (along with the rest of my kit :D) this tripod stayed strong and didn't wobble or move at all. It also has a handy little hook where you can hang your photo bag, which not only means its in your site but also doubles up... Read review

...night for bed, breakfast and evening meal. A lot less than it would have cost us at The Imperial. Since the opening of the A55 coastal expressway along the North Wales Coast Llandudno is easily accessible from both M6 and M56 and St George’s is right on the seafront when you get there so you can’t miss it. Built in 1854 the hotel is an imposing building on the corner of Mostyn Street and The Promenade. Just think it’s 100 years older than me! It has 86 bedrooms, including family rooms and suites, all of which are en suite. We arrived at lunchtime and went to check in although we knew that our room would not be ready for us until 3pm. The staff on the reception desk were efficient and helpful, explaining the venue and times of meals and asking if we wanted newspapers and/or a wake up call. We went off for a walk round Llandudno... ...I was always a rather big Nokia phone, but everyone i seemed to have was cursed and all my nokia's i have ever had had drowned. So when my 8310 packed in, my dad gave me an MT50 which lasted ages, but then my brother now has that one and i've now got the A55 which my mother received free from an avon promotion. I just thought it would be cheap phone that didnt last long than 5 minutes, but here i am after 6 months and still no problems. Charge it up over night, and it will last for days that consist of constent texting. The only problem is that the buttons makes this horrible clinky noise that drives my parents and myself insane. the plastic buttons fit in a certain way to the front of the phone so you cant help the clicking. My MT50 had rubber buttons, so you got no sound for them what so ever. So ok many people might look... Read review
