Very fattening i would imagine

...I first tried Tiffin from the Sainsburys' bakery. I have to say i fell in love instantly. Very rich and very addictive. It requires no baking just a matter of throwing everything into the bowl, spreading into a square cake tin and placing in the fridge, Couldnt be simpler. Give it a go!!
