Although I'm not really a golf fan, I have tapped into this series on a couple of occasions previously with the 2004 and 2008 editions. Both these editions were on the PC so I decided to take the plunge and buy Tiger Woods 2010 on the Xbox 360. I was reluctant to pay the full asking price of £40, so when I saw it reduced to £30 in Game I decided to buy it. Real Time Weather For the first time, Tiger Woods 2010 boasts realtime weather. This means that if its raining on your selected course at the time you are playing your round, it will be raining in the game. For those of you who have played a tiger woods? game before, the swing used to be too easy as you didn't have to follow through straight. Now everything is recorded and is made clear on the screen so that you can see where you have gone wrong. The graphics, in my opinion, seem to have gone beyond looking realistic and sometimes making it look too computerized, like it is animated. However, the graphics are still really good and improve enjoyment of the game. There are new game play modes, like new years. However in my opinion they don't add too much to the game but a different way in playing golf itself by challenging yourself. The one thing that I think lacks from these games are different courses as you basically get the same ones each year...

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 Review -Excellent Game

Advantages: Excellent game modes, graphics superb, great all rounder

...I recently brought the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 Game on the XBOX 360 and found it really enjoyable and extremely challenging. Its graphics are superb, I was amazed as to the extent they went with them, it was as if you were seeing the courses in real life. There are 12 courses to play with also 17 game modes to go through, for example stroke play, match play and foursomes. Just a few of the courses are Bandon Dunes, Pebble Beach, Glen Abbey just to name a few. Broadcast commentry is played out as the game goes through the different stages. There are also the other PGA tour players who are in the game also. All the stokes are done through the mini joysticks on the remote. Advantages: Superb realism and fantastic graphics

The Shop Get all your kit from the pro shop from your socks to your driver, you have full control of all the kit you wear and use. As you improve and gain experience points more and more goodies unlock. All the latest brands are in there with some wacky clothing included. Game play Very difficult to master but hey thats the way it should be in my opinion. The courses are exact and realism is paramount in the games design. I am currently at scratch level and getting to grips with it, althought hte challenges just keep on coming. So get real on ther tour or take on tiger for a one off it's all in this game. Overall A must for all golfers, outstanding quality, great features, challenging but real.... just as it should be....
