...I have played every Tiger Woods game since they started to come out many, many years ago. In the latest title they have ditched the "Legends" element of the game where you get to play old greats such as Arnold Palmer / Seve Ballesteros etc and concentrated on developing new game modes. At first i was un-sure about the new games but after I had played them a few times I was hooked. The games are: PGA Tour Season mode: This is one of the remaining games from previous titles. As before you play the calendar entering events to build up prize money and to improve your skills. Elimination mode: You play as part of a team of golfers against another team. ...With each year comes a new Tiger Woods game and each year you think just what can they do to improve the game further and each year they manage it! Tiger Woods 2008 has the most realistic graphics yet. The game offers just about every form of golf you can imagine and is great fun if you just want to have a mess around with your friends; however the best part of the game lies in the career mode where you create your own golfer and go about being your skill levels in different parts of the game to a standard where you can compete with the great man himself. Advantages: Excellent game modes, graphics superb, great all rounder

...I recently brought the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 Game on the XBOX 360 and found it really enjoyable and extremely challenging. Its graphics are superb, I was amazed as to the extent they went with them, it was as if you were seeing the courses in real life. There are 12 courses to play with also 17 game modes to go through, for example stroke play, match play and foursomes. Just a few of the courses are Bandon Dunes, Pebble Beach, Glen Abbey just to name a few. Broadcast commentry is played out as the game goes through the different stages. There are also the other PGA tour players who are in the game also. All the stokes are done through the mini joysticks on the remote. ...Hazards so watch out for them. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 is not perfect though. There are a lack of courses and players. I think EA should have tried to put more effort into that. ...Every year an updated sports title is churned up by EA. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2007 is the second Tiger game on the 360, but is it any good? The answer, yes. Firstly due to it being on the 360, the graphics shine from the courses to the players. You can start off by creating a custom player or you can rise the young Tiger through the ranks. The Game Face feature allows you to create a custom player just as you want them to look. You can choose the basics of their hair to other features such as nose adjustments. When this golfer has been created, you can either train him up, or head in to the Tiger Challenge or even tackle the PGA Season. ...I for one believe that Tiger Woods 2004 is the best golf game your likely to find. When you begin the game you create and personalise your golfer on the game so that it looks quite like you. With more courses and game modes than ever before, this is the most up-to-date and modern golf game around. After designing your character you are taken to a few practice shots which you must complete to proceed (far too easy!!!). You can now begin your career by taking part in the 'PGA Tour' and gradually, as you gain more money for playing good shots and placing high in the tournaments, you will become a far better golfer. You can use your money to build up your attributes or to buy new golf gear, anything ranging from a new 3 wood to a new pair of trousers. ...(if you created one) and keep all the attributes which you may have developed by playing other modes. The mode I use most is PGA Tour Mode. Within this mode you go into a calendar which has the tournaments dropped onto it in date order. You click through the calendar and play the events. As the seasons go on and you get better more tournaments and courses will become available including the Majors. No 2 seasons will be the same. There's the new team tour mode which Ive went into above under "So what's new". I don't generally play this mode because Im still mastering the game at the moment so stick to playing PGA Tour Mode. ...category. Modes: Perhaps the best part of the game is the variety of game modes on offer. I will explain the main ones, but there are so many that i havent even tried all of them, so you'll have to figure them out yourself. First off is world tour. Here, you play a round of 18 holes against lots of different professional, i lots of different continents. Once you complete say, all of europe, a big 'boss' appears, who you can now play against. Once you have completed all the prelimary matches, and then the 'bosses' that appear, you then get the opportunity to play tiger woods, and conquer the world tour modes. For every match you play, you can bet on the outcome, and earn money for winning. I suggest you bet high, as the game is quite easy, you will often win against the computer. ...As a golf lover and lover of the Tiger Woods series on PS2, I was excited about how they would make this game perfect to utilise the Wii's unique features. The way the game plays is excellent, you have to put the big swing on off the tee, but you also have to have touch and skill around the greens and when in bunkers. The putting is outstanding as you firslty have to read the putt, then you can use the putting meter to practise your shot, then adjust and hit it for real which is excellent for beginners or if you have an important putt. The actual game is brilliant, you can do the Tiger challenge which everybody who has played a Tiger Woods game before will know is good fun and is a real challenge.
