Fancy hair - Tigi Catwalk Honey and Oatmeal Shampoo

Advantages: moisturises hair, makes it feel thick and fuller
Disadvantages: The cost and the smell is a little too sweet, doesn't lather up much

...I like trying out different shampoos and this is the most recent one I have tried out. This shampoo is from Bead Head, Tigi and is from the Catwalk range. The shampoo is an oatmeal and honey shampoo. It is meant to be comfort food for damaged hair. Unfortunately I do fall in to this category since I have coloured my hair quite a lot and the ends of my hair are quite dry! The shampoo comes in two sizes, a 750ml size and a 400ml size. I bought the 750ml size, which is nice and big! The bottle is a see-through green colour, so you can see how much shampoo is left in the bottle. It has a large 'C' on the front of it and 'Catwalk' written through the middle of the C. At the bottom written in white writing is 'Oatmeal & Honey Shampoo'. TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo is Awsome

Advantages: rehydrates without greasy effect, smells great
Disadvantages: a little on the pricy side, but well worth it

...I'm a hairdresser and when I was in cosmetology school I would color my hair about every week, needless to say my hair was a wreck. I had a friend that used the TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo just because she liked the smell, but I had to borrow some oneday and I instently fell in love. It made my hair feel silky smooth and enormously hydrated, and the smell....oh my gosh...everytime I played with my hair or just moved my head aroud I got this wonderful smell, almost like a oatmeal cookie, mmmm. TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo is, in my opinion, one of the most awsome shampoos out there. It works great on chemically treated or just plain 'ol damaged hair. It doesn't leave your hair feeling heavy, or looking greasy....

TIGI.....IS IT ANOTHER CATWALK FOR ME?

Advantages: suitable for all hair types; made my hair lightweight, moisturised, silky/shiny and manageable

TIGI CATWALK FASHIONISTA CONDITIONER I mentioned in a previous review that I have used TIGI Catwalk Fashionista shampoo; no good shampoo can go without a decent good quality conditioner. To have the best result on your hair always use the same brand for shampoo and conditioner, they complete each other's work. This conditioner is mainly for thick, hard to manage, coloured and chemically treated hair; my hair is very thick and I have a few highlighted strips to add some life to my very dark hair; also my hair is quite long and needs special care. My hair loved Tigi Catwalk Oatmeal & Honey Shampoo

Advantages: Great smelling shampoo, leaves hair soft.
Disadvantages: A little on the expensive side.

THERES MURDER ON THE CATWALK

Advantages: It smells nice!
Disadvantages: lots needed to lather up, expensive, staw-like greasy hair!

Leaves you with hair worthy of the catwalk!

...you don't mind smelling like Carmen Miranda. There are also claims of it having UV Protection, and in my mind it means it contains oils used in sun tan lotion, which do not wash out easily. The hair washing process is the same as using any other shampoo with one difference - you pay more! Although I have described this as a weak or diluted version, you do only need a small amount, say a blob the size of a grape for short hair. The product is made by TIGI, and was originally for the salon market, but is now on sale to the public. They make a range of different grades, and this Catwalk version is a middle to bottom end quality.
