Tigi way out wax is wonderful!!!
Review of TIGI Bed Head Headbanger Wax For Rock Stars by
lulabell87
Advantages: non sticky, great smell
Disadvantages: a bit expensive
...I love this wax, in fact im pretty loyal to the tigi brand, all my hair products are tigi, but this is definately one of my favourites.
Its called way out wax for rockstars and comes in a nice and bright orange can. It usually costs around £12-15 per can, depending on where you get it from. The brand is usually only available from hair salons and a few places online, and although this might seem expensive, the can is a decent size and you don't need to use a lot of it so it lasts ages!!!! All of which i think makes it fairly good value for money, although i would't complain if i could find it a bit cheaper!!!!
The wax is scented, and makes you hair smell lovely, the smell is a fruity one, but its not a heavy smell which is good.
The wax itself is non sticky, and will hold the hairstyle well, i find it particularly good...

Review of TIGI Headbanger Wax Spray by
jo_field26
Advantages: wax is great
Disadvantages: nozzle cloggs
...Another great product from the Tigi Bed Head ranges and once again it is a product that has not let me down. The Bed Head range is one of the best priced decent ranges that are around, There are a lot of similar products that are cheaper, but in my opinion they are not as good, so it depends if you want quality or quantity.
Tigi Bed Head Headbanger is a great fruity scented wax that will give hair a great layered and texture look for a great hairstyle with a difference in the format of a spray.
For the best use spray directly into the roots to help to thicken the hair or for the best results and what i use it for is to spray over my entire head of hair and they move and style the hair into position where Headbanger holds it into place once it has started to set. This is great as it has firm hold but does not make you hair go hard...

TIGI or not TIGI?
Review of TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo by
Tadders
Advantages: smell, silky, shiny hair
Disadvantages: cost
...I've tried a lot of shampoos, conditioners and hair treatments in my time, but I've never used anything that comes to close to topping the TIGI haircare range.
A BIT OF BACKGROUND
TIGI Bed Head was launched with the creation of a wax hair stick. Much like a Pritt Stick in design, this hair wax enabled people to create funky, tousled locks and transformed the 'just out of bed' look from something you would rather avoid into a fashion statement. Aimed at trendy young things, the concept very quickly became a hit. Celebrities the world over swore by the products and the name became a phenomenon virtually overnight. Most top salons began filling their shelves with Bed Head products and with their bright bottles, catchy names and ability to deliver what they promised, it wasn't long before the company began to grow.
In 2003...

TIGI CATWALK
Review of TIGI Fashionista Smooth and Shine by
kelassa
Advantages: It protects my hair
Disadvantages: The price
...be found in boots.
WHO ARE TIGI?
Tigi were first known for their 'bed head' range. They wanted to create hair products that would allow you to create funky styles and get heads turning. They have a range of products including gels, serums, waxes, lotions and shampoos and conditioners.
Tigi Catwalk was launched in 2003 and was aimed at girls who wanted a more sopisticated look. They were trying to appeal to the 'Sex in the City' generation. I think the sort of buzz words they wanted people to associate with this range are stylish, glamourous and sexy!
Their products are notoriously high in price and quality is automatically assumed. I think Tigi is a brand name that teenagers will throw around to look 'cool'.
PACKAGING
The bottle certainly fulfils Tigi's aim. It is sleeker than the bed head range and the colours are certainly...

great wax
Review of TIGI Bed Head Rubber Rage by
jo_field26
Advantages: best tigi wax
Disadvantages: expensive
...Tigi Bed Head is a range that over the years and i think that it now speaks for themselves. They have made a break through in hair care and have the best interests of your hair.
Tigi Bed Head Rubber Rage is a product that is used for finishing your hair and it gives you out of control hair a texture, defination and hold with shine whilst making you hair more manageable.
This product is just like Headbanger but it is a lot better as it is a wax spray where as i think this has the better benefit of being in a wax stick so the nozzle does not clog which is a problem i had with the spray.
For the best results for this product run it through clean, dry and styled hair to hold it into place and give it the texture that you want whilst making you hair shine. If you have a piece of hair that requires more hold or styling apply...

Wicked Wax
Review of TIGI Bed Head Wax by
Celia86
Advantages: Left my hair shiny and perfect!
Disadvantages: The price is more than average, but still reasonable enough!
...I recently got my hair cut into a choppy bob style and I have really stiff strong hair so this wasn't the wisest of choices. I tried lots of different products before i tried this, including waxes by toni and guy, shockwaves and charles worthington.
I found that this one was the best.
It didn't leave a sticky residue on my hands like the others and it smelt nice. It also held my hair in place for a lot longer than the others. You only need to use quite a small amount for this to work so although it appears expensive, it works out quite reasonably priced.
I tend to wash my hair first then let it dry a little by itself and comb it, then put the wax into the end and ruffle it then let it finish drying. It gives me a kinda messy look. It also works if you want a sleeker look, just rub it between your palms and smooth it on...

From frizzy mop to curly goddess thanks to Tigi*
Review of TIGI by
DebScriven
Advantages: Smells great and works really well
Disadvantages: Pricey
...* That’s hair of a goddess – a trowel, some putty and maybe a small amount of cement may improve the face :o)
Until 5 or 6 years ago (before decent hair straighteners) my hair couldn’t decide whether it wanted to be curly or straight. A threat of cutting it all off seemed to turn my hair curly overnight, but not those glossy tendrils that you see in the magazines, so off I went in search of the perfect curl defining products …
…. much money wasted and, several part used bottles, tins and tubes later I discovered the wonderful world of Tigi.
Commonly found in Toni and Guy salons as well as a number of online sites Tigi products aren’t to be confused with the Toni and Guy range now found in Boots. Tigi are the Clarins of the hair product world. They aren’t cheap but they do exactly as they say they will.
There are to my...

TIGI.. OR NOT TIGI.... THAT IS THE QUESTION!!!
Review of TIGI Catwalk Root Boost 2 by
izzoh
Advantages: Lovely Smell, long lasting, multi functional
Disadvantages: price, availablity of product.
...I love Tigi's products….to be honest not because of what they do… or for the price (I can tell you that for sure), but for the smell…. The fragrance, the aroma… whatever you wish to call it. The smell is always fantastic and Tigi Catwalk Root Boost lives up to the glam lifestyle claim with a very light and fruity fragrance!
I bought this for the first time from my hairdressers as they try their best to sell me everything under the sun…. but I did fall at the knees for this product. You can buy it on most beauty websites or on the Tigi website itself http://tigihaircare.us/default.aspx?lang=en-UK
The original price for this is…£10.20 that's a lot of pennies… but many places offer what they call 'A HUGE saving!' where the prices vary from £7- £10… so definitely look around on various websites before you buy.
Now here...

TIGI.....IS IT ANOTHER CATWALK FOR ME?
Review of TIGI Catwalk Fashionista Colour Safe Conditioner by
karimkha
Advantages: suitable for all hair types; made my hair lightweight, moisturised, silky/shiny and manageable
Disadvantages: expensive
...Washing, drying and styling my hair is always a hard chore to do, so in order to get the job well done, I know I should have the best quality shampoo, conditioner and styling products.
TIGI CATWALK FASHIONISTA CONDITIONER
I mentioned in a previous review that I have used TIGI Catwalk Fashionista shampoo; no good shampoo can go without a decent good quality conditioner. To have the best result on your hair always use the same brand for shampoo and conditioner, they complete each other's work.
This conditioner is mainly for thick, hard to manage, coloured and chemically treated hair; my hair is very thick and I have a few highlighted strips to add some life to my very dark hair; also my hair is quite long and needs special care. As I have rarely had it cut, you can imagine how long it is!
The claim (according...

Tigi Or Not Tigi? That Is The Question.
Review of TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Treatment Shampoo by
Joscyn
Advantages: Hair lovely and shiny afterwards
Disadvantages: Usually expensive
...Tigi Honey and Oatmeal shampoo is designed for hair that is dry, frizzy and in need of some TLC. Mine is all three, and I don't suppose that I help matters by using straighteners on it. But there you go, we suffer for fashion eh?
I have been debating whether to buy this for quite some time now, but haven't bothered due to the cost. I read a few reviews on it, all of which have recommended it, and by chance saw an advert in a magazine for the shampoo and conditioner - a twin pack containing a 750ml bottle of each for £14.95.
So, I made an executive decision and bought a pack. Tigi products are only available in |
