...US lad Tim Buckley could have been a contender in the crowded late 60?s singer songwriter category if along the way he hadn?t discovered heavy duty drugs and jazz. The former made him rather inconsistent and he died of an overdose in 1975 aged just 28, while the latter gave Buckley?s music an experimental and harsh bent knocking it out of the mainstream.
