...The Daily Mail did a "guinea pig" test where testers were asked to test various cleansers without knowing the brands they were trying. The cleansers ranged from top of the range ones costing £30+ down to the humble £9.50 for the Boots Time Delay Massaging Cleansing Balm. Of all those tried this one got ten out of ten and the comment given was "slightly greasy but skin felt smooth and well-cleansed. Excellent product - as effective as the more expensive versions". I couldnt find it in my local Boots, which made me even more determined that I just HAD to try it and so ordered it from their Wellbeing site. Managed to pad the order out to get free chocs and free postage, but thats another story. It arrived promptly a couple of days later and I have just given it a test run which I thought I would share. Advantages: leaves your skin feeling fresh and nourished
Disadvantages: There are no disadvantages in my opinion!!!

...First of all,i have terrible skin.Dont get me wrong,its not covered in spots,but i suffer from terible redness that is not down to sensitive skin,but is in fact probably down to lifestyle. I am always after new lotions and potions that promise to help my skin look radiant and youthfull. However I must say that after using this product,i actually feel uncomfatable if i have to use any brand but time delay! These wipes are honestly in my opinion fantastic. They make your skin feel extremely nourished and also leave your skin feeling cool,as opposed to some that can make you feel hot and itchy. I must state that i do combine using the wipes with a time delay toner and a ponds hydro nourishing day cream.this way i cleanse then tone then moisturise for a very cheap price!... Read review

...even the best concealers give you. The price, around £6.50, is reasonable and the packaging is now bright and professional looking. ...them in the mornings and the evenings and the packet says that they are dermatologically proven to be kind to skin. Once the packet is opened though, I find that, even though there is a plastic closing for sealing the pack again, the wipes dried out quite quickly. Once they are opened they are to be used within three months, but in my opinion they only last about a month and a half before they start drying out. They are single use wipes, so they are very simple to use and then you can just throw them away (not very environmentally friendly, of course!) They save a lot of time when you are in a hurry, instead of washing you face with a cleanser you can just wipe this over your face and neck. I would recommend these. ...A couple of years ago Boots introduced a new skincare range called Time Delay. I purchased the Time Delay Massaging Cleansing Balm after reading a review in a paper that rated it as similar to the very expensive Eve Lom cleanser. I had never tried the Eve Lom cleanser as it was way beyond my price range, but as the Time Delay cleanser was listed as costing only £8.50 for 150 ml I decided to seek it out. I rushed down to my local Boots store and found the Time Delay stand offering extra Boots points on every purchase. Not needing anymore encouragement I grabbed a pot of the Massaging Cleansing Balm and made for the till. The Cleansing Balm comes packaged in a very stylish silver box, inside the box is a large silver tub and two very small muslin cloths. ...I recently paid £9.50 for a 50ml tube of Boots Time Delay Firming Face Mask which works out at a hefty £19 per 100ml. This product claims to leave skin looking years younger, firmer and smoother as well as being softer and more radiant after use though personally I can't help but feel like it's a bit of a con. Though I appreciate I'm not the target demographic to be using this product given that I'm in my mid-twenties; I still expected some kind of result from using this product. That said, being that my skin isn't exactly loose at this stage in my life, surely a product with these claims and this high price tag should leave with me with especially toned and tightened skin given the decent condition it's already in?! ...I bought this product purely for the fact that i'd used the Time Delay cleansing wipes and thought they were fantastically suited for my skin. I use this product after cleansing and toning my skin at night,and i wouldnt feel complete if I didnt use it at night. As mentioned in a couple of my other reviews,I have very red patches of skin on the bottom half of my face,which admittedly is probaly due to lifestyle, (Smoking,drinking etc). However in combination with the other time delay products I use,this night moisturiser really helps my skin. It helps by smoothing it instantly,taking away the red patches and instantly makes my skin feel firm. Many people have said that i am too young to be firming and toning my face with night moisturisers,but in my opinion,this product is so great that I will continue using it till it stops... ...The Boss PS-3 pedal is a delay and pitch shifter combined into one compact pedal. I purchased my PS-3 about 2 years ago and paid £149 for it. This is quite pricey for a single effect pedal, but the quality and flexibility of the pedal makes up for this. Construction As with all Boss compact pedals the unit is a sturdy all metal construction which is built to take plenty of knocks. A slip proof rubber mat is attached to the bottom of the pedal to stop it from sliding around on slippery floors! There is a large switch on top of the pedal to switch the effect on and off. The pedal can be powered by a 9 volt battery, or by an external 9 volt power supply. The controls are mounted on the top of the pedal and these consist of, Balance, Feedback, Delay Time and Mode. Videos: Nearer Than Heaven - one of my facourite tracks by the Delays, the viedo begins in a forest and throughout cuts between scenes of the band playing in a warehouse type place and numerous people laying down, relaxing and listening to music in the middle of the forest...the band then walks into the forest and just before they reach the mass of people, all the people get up and leave their headphones behind, which the band then put on...the end... Long Time Coming - begins with a weird bloke tuning in his wireless, followed by the band getting into a funky van...they drive round a while ending up in a town called Worlds End, at a pub Called No Return where they play a gig to a bunch of weirdos.
