...Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City is a game for the Nintendo Wii. You can purchase it on its own, or also with Wii Speak which enables you to talk to your friends via the game. The game on its own retails for approximately £27, and the cheapest I have seen it with Wii Speak was for £44 (from both ASDA and Zavvi if anyone is interested) although prices are subject to change. Wii Speak retails on its own for £25, so if you weren't sure if you wanted it, it is always possible to purchase it at a later date, although it will cost more in the long run. I had waited weeks to buy this, after many failed attempts, such as not being able to justify spending £44 on a game, I could finally justify it and off I went to buy it. I decided upon ASDA in case it was faulty, and I could return it, whereas I am not sure where Zavvi stand...

A Let Down Of Sorts

Advantages: A decent album of hardcore punk, incredibly fast and fun.
Disadvantages: Not the best album of this sort you'll ever hear, no real depth of intelligence.

...'Prepare To Be Let Down' is an interesting yet fairly unspectacular album from the Baltimore-based hardcore punk band that is Ruiner. This is not the best album you will ever hear in the genre, it's certainly got something about it however which makes this album extremely satisfying to listen to. The tracks are kept short and simple, the album contains twelve tracks and yet runs for a total of just over twenty minutes. The shortest track here titled 'Bottom Line: F**k You' is a mere 27 seconds, despite the short length of the tracks however the music is effective and works successfully as a decent display of hardcore punk. ...****Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City**** Originally this version was meant to come out in January last year but did not make it into the shelfs until around November.Because of the high rrp (47.99 with wii speak) i didn't buy it until the end of December with my play funds ,was it worth it? i think so. **Price** £47.99 with wii speak £34.99 without (wii speak costs 22.99) At the minute this game is still rather expensive and i probably wouldn't have bought it if i hadn't had the playfunds.The gamecube and ds versions are slightly cheaper but i think it is worth paying that little extra for the wii speak and so that you can visit your friends towns and they can visit yours(don't think you can do that on the gamecube)Plus its only a couple of pounds more expensive and you can use the wii control instead of the gamecube...

Don't let this go to waste (GOD, how cheesy am I)

...reviews for the tracks o this album, and I kept coming across a track called 'Luxury' which kept getting praised. When I heard it I wasn't that keen, because it sounds very 'Blink 182-esque' , but it has grown on me, and the swing beat carries it through. ---7/10--- 3 - DON'T LET IT GO TO WASTE Third single and title track. This track shows a more mellow Matt Willis (try sayin that after a few drinks!). It starts of with soft vocals and a piano, and is everything you would expect of a rock power ballad, as it bursts into a guitar driven BEAST of a song. It is a fantastic song with a brilliant emotive vocal performance from Mr Matt. ---9/10--- 4 - UP ALL NIGHT Now, now, now... what can I say about this!! The George Clinton-led Funk band (who also went under Parliament for their more Soul-based work) came with ?Let?s Take It To The Stage? with a line-up that included Bootsy Collins, Bernie Worrell , Fuzzy Haskins and most of the other regulars. 1. ?Good To Your Earhole? ...After playing Animal Crossing on the DS for a couple of years and finding that the game hadn't lost any of its addictiveness, we decided to get the Wii version. We were unsure what the differences would be between the DS and Wii versions as the only noticeable difference in the TV ads and on the packaging was the subtitle 'Let's go to the city'. I also spied a bus on the adverts that definitely wasn't in my old DS version. The back of the box alludes vaguely to what the differences are, but it didn't really explain it very clearly. However, the lack of explanation and the super cheesy adverts on TV with girls playing over the internet didn't put us off and, as we had some GAME vouchers, we decided to buy it anyway.
