...Toca two offers Hi-res graphics, remodelled tracks, easy controls and real visual damage. The game is fantastic as there are a variety of tracks and cars to chose from. Also there is a two player option with is excellent. Included in the games is superb sound like explosions and the smashing of glass. Also there are multiple difficulty levels in the game. Overall the game is very original and will keep you entertained for a long time. In Toca 2 there are 5 main types of races. Championships were you race in a sprint race and a feature race at each circuit. The Challenge mode is where you have complete 2 laps of a circuit by passing through checkpoints. ...This is by far the most underrated games compared to its competitors on the market. It happens to us all some times. We are playing a game like Grand Prix and we are doing really well then disaster strikes, we spin off and by the time we are back on the circuit we have lost all chance of winning. So what do we do, we drive around the wrong way, wishing desperately that we could throw the car around corners and crash into the others cars without ruining our own. If this seems familiar then why on earth are you not playing TOCA 2. Super fast racing 3 abredth the track at 150pmh seeing who hits whom in the corner. Nudging bumping and haranguing the other drivers is standard practice. In fact it is a must for success. ...After spending hours and literally hours in my room on my ferrari steering wheel on the first toca race driver i became extremely anticipant of the next race driver game because the original had alot of longetivity in it with over 10 championships and different types of cars. I was expecting the same array of championships, cars etc but was surprised by the amount that would be on offer, over 31 championships ranging from the prestigious DTM touring car championships which has the reputation of being the best touring car championship right now and has many skilled and experienced drivers like former F1 drivers Jean Alesi and Heinz Harold Frentzen, to championships like the formula ford the stepping stone for new drivers just out of karting and many others like truck racing and american series. ...this game uses all of the skills needed for a real touring car driver all made by the reality of the game. These include things like spinning, skidding, slidding, wheel spinns and much more which all improve your skills to compete in the championships. These will test your skills and also improve them at the same time. There are 4 different championships: .The toca touring car championship, .Van deimen ford, .ford fiesta and support car championship. These are using tracks around the country where the skill level is veried. You get the choice of all of the btcc cars plus the van deimen ford and the fiesta. ...out of all of the racing games that i have played on my PS2, this is in joint first along with Gran Turismo 4 (also a great game!) this game is the third in the series of the TOCA line, and most deffinitely the best one yet. there is more variety, more realism, and more addictive! the game has a lot of thoroughbread racing vehicles, such as the Formula Palmer Audi, Formula Ford, Formula BMW, Palmer Caterham and Jaguar, as well as the likes of the Evo Rally Car, and other saloon racing cars and touring cars from the DTM from Germany, to the V8 Supercars from Australia, to the Renault Clio Cup from the UK. the choice is ongoing and there is something for everyone to choose from whether you like on or off-road driving. there are 2 main modes in the game as well as the usual time trial mode. these are World tour mode, where you have... As soon as I started my first race against 11 computer controlled opponents, I could feel the excitement building up within me. The race starts, and like a huge mob of swarming bees, we accelerate off the line and along the first straight, jostling for position, then as we carve our way round the first corner, and head down the second straight I notice that I am not the only participant with a bumper missing. ...This game promises to be the ultimate racing simulator on the PSP, and with Gran Turismo due to come out this February, it certainly has a lot to live up to . Like previous TOCA games, it contains many a wide variety of tracks and cars, as well as 15 different types of racing, ranging from street racing to ice racing. It is enjoyable to play, but lacks real depth, and once the career mode is completed, you will quickly lose interest. Career mode When you start the game you are thrown straight into the first race of your career. The career mode is based around your rise, from a young kid with potential, to a fully fledged world champion. ...This game is a racing game which involves racing Touring Cars over a variety of circuits all over the globe. It is the third in a series, with Toca and Toca 2 coming before it. The first in the series was released quite a few years ago now, and the second was released a couple of years back, so the series was due an update. And here it is with this excellent game completing the trilogy. I played this game without any knowledge at all of the world of Touring Cars. I have not played the last two in the series, and although my mate was a fan and tried to get me into it, the idea never really appealed to me, as I was more a fan of F1 and did not want to be converted. After playing this game, my thoughts had changed, and I actually realised that I knew more about Touring Cars then I thought, as I seemed to recognise a few of the driver... Read review
