He he toilet roll
Review of Andrex Toilet Tissues by
Ethak
Advantages: it works
Disadvantages: more expensive
...of these at about 8 and it was really really cute it had little paws and everything it was a proper soft toy fluffy and dog shaped then my Mum send for one for me last year and one they are small cheap little bean bag things that are floppy and look like they’ve been really gone down hill I say.
Back to arse wiping yes sorry, Andrex can be purchased it lots of different colours to allow for colour coordination and things that I have never quite understood, (one of the reasons why I changed my career plan from graphic designer to computer scientist).
So what do we want from a toilet roll?
Softness, without weakness, it wouldn’t be too nice if went soggy and collapsed…ergh sorry
Absorption as above but also for wiping, toothpaste, shampoo and other bathroom stuff around the room again needs to be strong.
I suppose how long...

Toilet training life saver
Review of Folding Toilet Training Seat by
diamond57
Advantages: Handy when out, especially during toilet training
Disadvantages: not stocked many places, not extremely stable
...My daughter does not like using the potty and at home we had a seat to go on the toilet, but this was no good when out and about. I saw in some catalogues a folding toilet seat which I though was great but struggled to find in any shops (I disagreed with paying normally about £4 postage for something costing less than £10). Eventually I found that a Boots store that stocked it (£9.99) and now I wonder how we got around without it. It folds into a quarter size and fits in a large handbag or changing bag. It is plain white and unfolds to balance on top of a normal toilet seat for the child to sit on. This is the one other main drawback, because of the hinges it is not very stable. Other use you wipe it clean, refold and replace in the small bag supplied. Easy and convenient, pleased that I bothered to hunt it out in a shop (I don...

Me old brown bag
Review of What's in my bag? by
Jerrica
Advantages: I can clear it out while I'm at it
Disadvantages: I haven't looked inside for months
...On a particularly long day out during the summer, my son, who is out of nappies but still prone to toilet amnesia, managed to pee on my lap whilst we were on the bus; pooh on the train platform just minutes after I had changed his clothes in the station toilets; pooh again in the train after yet another change of clothes (he'd forgotten a bit he told me), and pooh again on the train back home, only this time in cream cheese style because, let's face it, no day is complete without the bloody squits. Needless to say the wet wipes came in handy. Not only for cleaning up shite, but also for me to weep into every time I smelled my destiny that day.
A SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS PLASTIC KEYRING
A gift from my son. Unfortunately it kept coming off my keys, so I explained that I would leave it in my bag as a good luck charm. Presently there seems to be a bit...

A Haaaaand-bag?
Review of What's in my bag? by
jesi
Advantages: A better understanding of disabilities? - my 40th Review
Disadvantages: The dis-organisation of my dyspraxia is painfully evident.
...When I first saw this challenge, I thought – there is NO WAY I can do THIS challenge. For a start, Which one of my ‘handbags’ do I choose? Or do I bore you all completely by listing the contents of every one? And what is the question REALLY asking? Do you ALL really want a listing of the contents of a bag that may or may not be in daily use?
For instance, do you want the contents of my ‘evening bag’ – which might only see the light of day on a special occasion? This might contain a lipstick/mascara for touching up that ‘glamorous’ special evening “look” and a pen and mini pad of paper for those ‘all-important’ notes you always want to jot down when you are out. Well, that would hardly fill the prerequisite 120 words (what I have written so far, including my introduction and this ‘aside’ is 153 words...

The Canterbury Range Toilet Roll Holder.
Review of B&Q Caterbury natural pine toilet roll holder by
CoolMeg
Advantages: High quality and great value for money.
Disadvantages: Can be difficult to removed the toilet roll.
...of paper and inside it was a small plastic bag which contained all of the fittings required. I looked at the A5 paper and on it, were step-by-step instructions on how to fit the product to the wall. There was also a list of tools needed. Next, to the instructions on the left hand side, were diagrams showing the diamensions. The diamensions showed you how far apart the fittings needed to be.
I brought the product for only £9.98, which I thought was value for money as it included the fittings. Also, it had a money back guarantee which B&Q said 'If it's not suitable you can have a refund.'
When I fitted the product I found it very easy to install with the keyhole fittings. This also mean't it was quick to add to my bathroom, plus it is easy to remove to clean the tiles underneath, you require no tools to take it off, the fittings. One...

Its all about the bag!
Review of What's in my bag? by
bmthkatie
Advantages: Its mine!!
Disadvantages: Its not full of money : (
...I went to college I never used to leave the house without my mp3 player but these days its just collecting dust somewhere in my bedroom.
Sure Women AntiPerspirant! Just in case I need to freshen up. There's nothing worst than walking past someone or being behind someone in a queue who smells a little too much of their own body. So I tend to make sure I'm not that person. Keeping this in the bag makes me smell better and keeps me dry!
The Mobile Phone!! Its a sexy Nokia N95. However it recently decided to pack up on me so I didn't use it for a few weeks and since its back into its normal full on health. I just don't seem that interested in using it anymore!
An empty Packet of Imodium Plus *Goes Red* But hey those horrid running to the toilet moments happen to everyone. And normally at the worse times. These lovely little tablets...

Dare you enter The Bag Zone!
Review of What's in my bag? by
Looby5
Advantages: Somewhere to contain the mess
Disadvantages: Can never find car keys/purse/phone
...takeaway is not quite as local as it once was. Ok, Ok, I'll bin that one.
Item 7 - Keys
All my keys, car & house are on the one ring. This is for the simple reason that it takes so long for me to find them under all the rubbish above I'd be there all day if I had to find two bunches to go about my business. I'd like the people who work out how long the average person spends asleep or at work or on the toilet to work out how long I spend, in the course of the average year, looking for my keys. On the other hand, I'm not sure I want to know the answer.
Item 8 - Odd bits of foreign currency
For some reason I have at the bottom of my bag, a couple of New Zealand Dollars, a few Euros a 20p piece and 5c Australian, oh and a Singaporean Dollar. The last one is particularly strange as I've never been to Singapore. Annoying or what?
After...

kirstyking
Advantages: Having everything to hand
Disadvantages: a bad shoulder
...We'll i have a army type bag, i need one.
Sorry if this is boring, it's my first time he he.
I have everything from nappy's to kfc wipes, i have two children you see so need to g prepared.
Nappy's, baby wipes, dummy various as eldest gets picky, knickers as still learning to use the toilet which leads to spare clothes, a bbc freebie pen, oh smelly bags for smelly nappy's, at least they make my bag smwll nice.
The great thing is i also have two bottles of drink for the kids, mobile phone, purse, spare car keys as he usually drives and could lose them, his mobile phone and tobacco tin with zippo.
How the hell i manage to carry all this crap is beyond me, especially when the kids decide they have had enough walking then use my bag as a handy seat on my hip.
Take care all....

TOILET DUCK ACTIVE
Review of Toilet Duck (toilet cleaner) by
royaljaz
Advantages: cleans very well
Disadvantages: none
...I love my toilet duck. It comes with different fragrances and the bottles are different colours. There is 750ml in a bottle. Toilet duck active provides a complete hygiene product for you toilet and leaves it really clean and smelling nice above the water line.
It kills germs, cleans thoroughly, attacks the lime scale that gets on your toilet and has a long lasting fragrance that not only makes your toilet smell nice but your whole bathroom, and even your other rooms because the fragrance floats round your house.
It has an angled neck so that you get right under the rim of your toilet so it cleans there as well then as it drips down the inside of your toilet it will start to work under the water line getting rid of lime scale.
I use it twice a day once in the morning and once at night. All you have to do is lift your toilet seat...

Going quackers for toilet duck (sorry)
Review of Toilet Duck (toilet cleaner) by
pink_champagne
Advantages: cheap, effective
Disadvantages: smell slightly overpowering
...A while ago I bought some of those cheap and nasty cistern blocks, and after a few weeks of use they turned the inside of my toilet blue. This, according to my boyfriend, was because the blue dye was clinging to limescale.
I tried using a pine toilet cleaner from Somerfield, but that didn't work, and although scrubbing the toilet incessantly got rid of some of the blue, it was still noticeably there, especially on the sides.
I went to Wilkinson's to try and find a solution. I had seen a toilet cleaner on an advert that said it didn't just bleach the limescale like some cleaners do, but it actually gets rid of it. I couldn't remember which one it was, but my boyfriend insisted it was toilet duck - I'm still not sure if he's right, but that's the one we went for anyway.
