Advantages: A refreshing Fragrance.
Disadvantages: Not made by Avon!

...Shock. Horror. This is not an Avon fragrance! As you may or may not know, I have recently returned from a holiday in sunny Tenerife. For those of you who do not know the Canary Islands are a tax-free group of islands and therefore there are loads of shops selling any number of items. One of my favourite to visit is the Perfume Safari shop. As you may have gathered by now, they sell perfumes. All types ranges and costs. Whilst wandering around on one of my many visits I was sprayed with Tommy Girl by Tommy Hilfiger. The knowledgeable sells assistant told me that this fragrance was “inspired by the wildflowers grown in the American landscape”. Hmm, it did smell nice, but would Shane like it. Advantages: good value for money, attractive packaging

...I have always been a fan of the Tommy Girl fragrance. While coming back from my holidays in April since I had a long wait at the airport I decided to look around the duty free. If you had not spent money and were going away this is not a good idea because you will probably spend most of your money here. Luckily, for me I was returning home and so I had some extra money to spare on the beauty products but only one really caught my eye because I had never seen it before and this was the Limited Edition Tommy Girl Summer Cologne. The main reason I was instantly attracted to this bottle is for the same reason many are, the bottle. Unlike many perfumes this bottle does not go for the simple one colour. ...I bought Tommy Girl for myself recently as I like to change frangrance from time to time. I really like Tommy Girl, it is about the only fragrance that will stay on me for a while. The bottle isn't very different to any other bottle and the packaging didn't tempt me to buy it either, I suppose the name Tommy Girl made it for me as I have always been a bit of a Tom Boy and probably though the the frangrance would suit. The bottle seems to be lasting well as I use it around twice a week (I don't waste it on work I use CK 1 for that!!) It is always handy if buying fragrances to try a little in say Boots and walk around the store for 5 minutes to see if it still smells nice and doesn't have people starting at you as if you really "smell".... ...Tommy Hilfiger - tommy girl This fragrance has a light, sweet and vibrant smell. It’s really long lasting. I’ve found that it only takes a small amount to produce a great aroma that will stay with you all day long. This perfume is available in 50ml and 100ml bottles at a cost of £25 - £45, depending on where you buy. I love this perfume and think it is perfect for any occasion, day or night, all year round. Definitely a good buy, although a little on the expensive side, it is still excellent value for money.... Read review

...Tommy girl is a good everyday perfume. It's chep enough to use all the time, and refreshing and pleasant-smelling enough not to give you a headache. I recieved it as a present two years ago but liked it so much I have used four more bottles of the stuff! It's good for people who like fresh, citrus-like fragrances and sharf sporty fragrances and it always cheers me up! If you like stuff like CK1, Eden, and Impulse deoderants like O2 and temptation, then this is a perfume you should smell out!!!... Read review

...Like many of my perfumes I got Tommy Girl as a present. The smell of this perfume is a lovely fresh and lively scent which is great for everyday wear but would be too casual for evening wear or special occasions. Its the kind of perfume that reminds you of sunny days and happy times, yet its rather a subtle scent which is far from overpowering yet has excelent staying power. Although this is quite an expensive perfume but no more so than other brand name fragrances and is really good value for money. The bottle is simple yet stylish but is nothing that special although this keeps the price reasonable. A fun and light fragrance for everyday use which although similar to many other perfumes is just that bit more special and unusual. lovely.... Read review

...Yes Tommy might be an expensive line but so is every other fragrance these days, not to be rude but for all the guys out there that wear this one just because the girls love it, get one girl into bed then they have made their money back on it. Well Tommy is simply a classic, released nearly four years ago and sales still strong in the US, Australia and UK today, this is the fragrance for the laid back cool fresh scented guy. It has that lovely sporty scent top note about it and is a definite girl grabber. Literally girls noses will be on your neck as you walk past them. For the ladies out there, this is a huge one to buy your guy, but depending on what he likes. Not all guys like the sporty, citrus smelling aftershaves yet some like the more business like smell. The fragrances produced by Hilfiger for women include Tommy Jeans and Tommy Girl. Both which are very popular, probably due to the diverse and large amount of advertising which they receive. Tommy girl is quoted by the designer to be worn by “the American Beauty”. The fragrance in question is Tommy Girl. I received the perfume and a body lotion as a gift for my birthday last year.
