The fragrances produced by Hilfiger for women include Tommy Jeans and Tommy Girl. Both which are very popular, probably due to the diverse and large amount of advertising which they receive. Tommy girl is quoted by the designer to be worn by “the American Beauty”. The fragrance in question is Tommy Girl. I received the perfume and a body lotion as a gift for my birthday last year. The presentation of the perfume is very simple but affective. The set I received arrived in sturdy padded cardboard box covered in a bright red, smooth, silk like material. Advantages: A refreshing Fragrance.
Disadvantages: Not made by Avon!

...Shock. Horror. This is not an Avon fragrance! As you may or may not know, I have recently returned from a holiday in sunny Tenerife. For those of you who do not know the Canary Islands are a tax-free group of islands and therefore there are loads of shops selling any number of items. One of my favourite to visit is the Perfume Safari shop. As you may have gathered by now, they sell perfumes. All types ranges and costs. Whilst wandering around on one of my many visits I was sprayed with Tommy Girl by Tommy Hilfiger. The knowledgeable sells assistant told me that this fragrance was “inspired by the wildflowers grown in the American landscape”. Hmm, it did smell nice, but would Shane like it. Advantages: good value for money, attractive packaging
Disadvantages: not easy to get hold of

...tommy girl logo on the front in white stands out boldly on this beautiful background. It is like the warm golden sky fading into the colours from the sky to the blue sea. The lid is also a gold metal white is unusual and again attractive with Tommy Hilfiger carved into it. The bottle is also one with only three faces instead of being a regular shape. The box it comes in is thick card and it is like a watercolour painting because the design is and umbrella and a deck chair on a deserted beach with the waves rolling in and the sky a pale blue. The silver tommy girl logo also on this background with tommy hilfiger logo above and the perfume details. The interior of the box is a warm sunny yellow which hits you as you open the box to reveal the perfume bottle sitting inside. Now for the actual scent. The fragrance to me is a fresh smell... Advantages: excellent value
Disadvantages: some pricing tends to over do it for me

...If your like me and wear a lot of designer wear than you can't have not heard of this make. Did you know that Tommy Hilfiger design's special ranges of clothes just for Britney Spears. In my opinion Tommy is a good make the clothes are comfertable and the range of clothes and different design's are very good and so is the different colour choices some clothes come in. I especially like Tommy's range of mountain montain trousers which I have a pair of and are very comfertable. I've been wearing clothes from the Tommy range for a few years now and although the prices are it has to be said very high the quality is good. Then again no top range designer clothes are cheap over here in the U.K . Still if you do like designer clothes and ever visit the States you'll get great bargain's on lot's of designer wear.... Advantages: Lovely smell
Disadvantages: Strange shaped Bottle

...and it was on offer for something like £12-13 for a 30ml bottle a saving of about £8 which isnt that bad compared to some of the competitors. Once home I took it out of the bottle and after having a quick shower sprayed a little of the fragrance under my chin and Instantly remembered the delightful fragrance. Now onto the all important thing, what does Tommy Hilfiger's True Star eau de toillette smell like? Well As I just mentioned it is a delightful fragrance with a superb blend of light citrus and vanilla notes and also slightly stronger notes of sandalwood. These go together to bring you a refreshing scent that isnt too light nor too strong, this means you are able to wear this for a variety of occasions. You can buy this fragrance from all major fragrance stores like Boots or the Perfume Shop and it won't set you back as much as some of the other... Read review
