Further information below:1 - UltimateAddons TomTom Rider Dedicated HolderThe TomTom Rider bespoke holder locks around the base of the TomTom Rider offering maximum protection. There is access to the charging point in the base of the mount, where the charging cable can be attached.2 - UltimateAddons Professional Motorcycle AttachmentThe Pro bike attachment will allow you to attach UltimateAddons TomTom Rider dedicated holder to the motorcycle. This attachment will attach to your motorcycle handlebars secured by 2 screws and can be used on a variety of handle bars with diameter ranging from approximately 19-35mm. This attachment is on a ball mount enabling it to be fully rotated and tilted to the desired view.3 - UltimateAddons Hardwire Battery CableThe cable is simple to set up, the black and red connectors attach to the battery, then run the cable / on/off switch box to a suitable location. The cable includes an inline fuse. From there you can connect the Straight Mini USB charge cable (or various other cables available to buy separately), and then connect it to the device. The cable is connected via a waterproof connector and is easy to remove.4 - UltimateAddons Straight Mini USB Connector CableThis TomTom Rider Connector cable connects to the Hardwire Battery Cable via a watertight connection. Advantages: No setting up, plug & play. Disadvantages: None.
..., the charger works on 12 and 24 volt so this rig saved me £20. The Tomtom is actually five volts, so as long as the transformer gives out between 5 &24 volts it will do the job nicely.
As for the carrying case made especially for the job, these are OK, but there is no room for all the mounting bracket & leads, I just use an old cine camera case, just the job.
