Tonight's the Night for Franz!

...I have always been a fan of Franz Ferdinand yet so far I have been unable sadly to watch them play live. The albums they release will be as close as I get to them. Thankfully they have once again produced a kicking third album! Tonight was released late January and I have been unable to stop playing it. Lead singer Alex Kapranos stated that "The last record was...like a teenager having sex. This one's a bit more assured and a bit friendlier for the dance floor." And to be honest in an odd kind of way I agree. Not that I didn't like their last album but their most recent wipes it under the carpet. Creamy Peppercorn Chicken Tonight

...This product is made by Knorr and the packaging is quite simple, it is a cylindrical shaped glass jar with a green lid. The lid is one of those that you pop up in the middle and if it refuses to move then you must not use the jar just in case someone has used it before you. You then simply screw the lid off anticlockwise. The labelling is one of those new plastic type ones and on the front it states the name of the Product which is Chicken Tonight Creamy Peppercorn and The Knorr logo on the front. It also depicts a picture of a green casserole dish with chicken and the sauce poured over it. This is jar is quite good and is 500g so would easily do a family of four. Come Out Tonight? I DON'T THINK SO SOMEHOW!!!

Advantages: fast paced thriller you might not be able to put down
Disadvantages: very violent, very bloody

...after the main story. It was a bit too happy and the feel good factor did nothing for me. I felt as if the writer had rushed off the last few pages to tone down the previous violence and "glorify" the ending. It didn't sit well. I have to admit to having read this book really quickly, I'm a fast reader and have a tendency to read through into the early hours of the morning if I start on a book that I enjoy. This wasn't enjoyable in the usual way I enjoy books, but I had to get to the end of it to find out if justice is served. Although the story is set over a short period of less than 24 hours, there's a lot of dialogue between the characters so it seems as if we're right there. The book could be easily adapted into a film without having to write a script! Not that I'd watch it! ~*~TECHNICAL STUFF? ~*~ Come Out Tonight...

Knorr Chicken Tonight Country French sauce

...Ckicken Tonight is produced by Knorr and is available in several flavours. The one that I am reviewing is Country French. This product comes in a glass jar and is 500g in weight. It is available as Country French or Low Fat Country French. HOW TO USE +++++++++++ The manufacturers suggest two main ways of cooking and I have used both. 1. Fry the chicken in a frying pan, add the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. 2. Place chicken and sauce in a casserole dish and cook for 1- 1.5 hours. If I am pushed for time I use method 1 and if I have plenty of time I use method 2. Method 2 produces a runnier sauce, whereas if you simmer it in a frying pan, the sauce will thicken up. LOOK +++++ The sauce is a creamy colour and you can see bits of mushroom, onion and carrot in it. It is runny and comes out of the jar...

This review is about ?Tonight, Not Again - Jason Mraz Live At The Eagles Ballroom. ?Tonight, Not Again? was recorded live at The Eagles Ballroom (surprisingly!) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 28th 2003 and features 14 tracks, seven from the album and seven others (new, older and live only it is difficult to tell as all tracks are copyrighted 2003). Although there are seven songs from WFMRTC they are so different live that they are almost completely new songs. Adlibbed verses, a more distinct percussion sound and some brass interludes for example. Often with live albums, and this is the main reason I tend not to buy them, the only difference from the original songs is a slight rawness (often removed too much these days in post production) to the sound, solos and the interaction between the band...

I Feel Like Moroccan Chicken Tonight

...I'm not really a fan of cook-in sauces. In most cases, the different sauces always seem to taste the same. One of the exceptions I have found is the Ckicken Tonight range. Having a husband and three picky children, it can sometimes be difficult, to say the least, to satisfy everyone at the same time but I have found they all seem to like Chicken Tonight. One of our particular favourites is Moroccan Chicken. Moroccan Chicken with apricots and raisins is a spicy sauce with a sweet flavour. Although it is quite spicy, my kids (particularly my 8 year old) really love it. I usually serve it with rice and naan bread. It takes just a few minutes to fry the chicken, pop into a casserole dish and pour over the sauce. You don't even need a tin-opener because it is a screw top jar. It takes between 1-2 hours to cook in the oven...
