I don't even need to press down the dispenser fully to have enough lotion for my face. ***Effect*** As you might be able to tell, I am really fond of this night lotion. It is easy to apply, smells heavenly and leaves your face moistured and soft - something new for the products from Proactiv as you might recall from my other reviews. The lotion doesn't leave your face sticky and absorbs quickly. ***Conclusion*** There's nothing I can think of that I don't like about this lotion. ...I first bought this body lotion as part of a Sanctuary Spa gift set, last year and have been using it since. I didn't used to bother using body lotion as a regular part of my skincare routine, as I always either forgot or didn't have the time. Since discovering this product that's all changed though! What they claim this does On the front of the bottle underneath the Sanctuary logo, you will see claims that this product will 'firm, tone and moisturise' Now, you will need to look closely to find that out, as it is written in fairly small print! The back also states that the ginger extract in this product will help boost circulation, which in turn will help reduce cellulite. It also contains Essential oils, Jojoba and Pro-Vitamin B5 Slightly odd, I thought, that the firming and toning prospects this claims, are not written more... Read review

There's a good reason for this since the main ingredients are salicyclic acid and tea tree oil. ...is obviously a body lotion, therefore will moisturise your skin as it should. However it also states to have ‘firming benefits’ but through my research and usage of other lotions and potions in the past, I put firming benefits down to the way which you apply the product (in a round circular motion towards your heart). You will find most exfoliators, body lotions, toning lotions etc all say they will help banish cellulite, but come on, we still have the damned thing! I would purely say that all this body lotion does, is generally give your skin great smoothness and really does moisturise well! Also, it will leave your skin feeling fresh, and the freshness lasts a long, long time! Application Use sparingly as a little goes a long way! ...Boots Natural Collection two-phase body lotion – in poppy I recently celebrated my birthday and this was one of the presents that I received. It is quite a hefty tub so I thought what a great idea because it would last me ages. To look at, this product is great. The lotion comes in a tub not a bottle, which I think is rather unusual for body lotion. The tub is see-through so you can see the two-tone effect of white and orangey-red swirls. The white part is a lotion and the orangey red bit is like a sticky jelly. The labelling is pretty with a poppy at the front and has directions and ingredients on the back so if you are allergic to something you will know if the product contains it or not. The lotion smells okay – not too heady or strong, it is a distinctive fragrance, but not one that I would wear... Read review

...consistence it was difficult to distribute evenly or in the right amount on the skin. If I went any where near water, like washing my hands, within half an hour of applying the lotion, my hands got sticky and slippery from the excess lotion on my hands. The product is according to the producers ment to penetrate quickly into the skin and nourish it. A neutral pH-balence is ment to make the product kind to sensitive skin, and it is recomended "for the little ones as well as the big ones in the family". But as far as I'm concerned, if the lotion never sinks into the skin all these promises come to nothing. The scent of the lotion, with citrus and jasmine tones, was soft and fresh, without being dominating, which I appreciated. But that was just about the only thing.
