...Well what can I say about this..... It's actually awesome. I'm so glad I found it. My friend and I were out in Boots one day having a wee browse at the expensive side of things... Jemma Kidd, Ruby & Millie, Too Faced and Urban Decay. Deciding most things were hideously expensive, we played around with testers. My friend then said "ooh there's the lip injection stuff! Check this out" and she dabbed a tiny bit across her lips... they were big and red in seconds. I don't have thin lips. But I wanted this. So at a ten pound price I'm thinking yeah, I can manage that. So out came the advantage card, and I got a few points for my troubles. I must say, this stuff is great. It smells lovely, like proper expensive cosmetics do. ...Too Faced Lip Injection Techno Buff Review by Girlyshop. Supposed to plump lips using natural ingredients. By golly it works! This tiny tube of gloss looks just like most other gloss products on the market, however it has a tingly secret. The gloss is very rich and thick, but the sponge applicator makes application easy. The idea is the ingredients stimulate the blood vessels in the delicate skin tissue and pull blood into the lips, making them appear fuller for a short period. I applied the gloss and waited. After a few minutes I could feel a tingling sensation, which turned into a slight burning sensation, which did fade after about 10 minutes. ...I would always have loved to have luscious plump lips but like many of us I was blessed with lips that need that extra bit of help to help them look pink, full and delectable! It was actually a friend of mine who first recommended this product as I commented on how lovely her lip gloss was looking one day, as us girls do she told me all about this fabulous gloss she'd just bought and her lips already being quite pouty and full, this clear gloss also gives your lips a rosy red tint. From her advice I went to one of the larger Boots stores ( the smaller store I intially visited hadn't even heard of "Too Faced") and purchased a pack for £15 which also included 3 mini lip injections which was 3 different shades of colour, one pink with a sparkly glitter, one very transulcent pink with a shimmer effect and the last was a goldy colour... ...After having tried Pout Plump lip plumping treatment with a fairly disappointing result I decided to save my money and not fall for the hype of these products anymore. After about a week I forgot all about my decision as a Ciao member told me about Too Faced Lip Injection and how great it was. She even gave me a nod towards a cheap make-up website where Too Faced make-up (together with lots of other brands) is sold at up to 60% off the recommended retail price. Normally you'd have to pay around £10 for a 0.3 ml tube but on this site you pay half price at £4.99 so I decided to give it one more go. ...I got a tube of this over the festive period in an attempt to plump up my pout. Though not known as 'thin lips', I don't have very plump lips so fancied giving this a go! I actually opted for the Too Faced Lip Injection Technocolour range as I found it at a massively reduced rate on the internet from www.girlyshop.co.uk so although the picture shown on ciao is of the standard Lip Injection they both have the same properties and promise the same things, it's just the colour that differs. ~ Price ~ The standard Too Faced Lip Injection costs £10 from Boots whereas the Technocolour shades cost £12. ...Just recently, I've noticed a lot of changes in my face that I've never noticed before. Fine lines on my forehead, drooping eyelids, bags and fine lines around the eye area, and more recently, I've noticed that my lips don't seem as thick and pouty as they were a few years ago. My husband thinks Im obsessed, but I have really noticed a difference, especially in my top lip, and have been on the look out for a product that gives me back the pout I'm after!
