...I am writing this review of Macleans Whiteing toothpaste because of something I discovered a few months ago. I looked in the mirror and noticed that my teeth were decidedly dingy, and wondered what I could d about it. As I am a receptionist in a rather upmarket finance house, I need to smile all the time, so it is important that my smile looks good. My best friend has always had lovely white sparkly teeth, so I asked for her advice. She told me that she always used MacleansTooth Whitener, and,like me, had once had teeth that were off-white, but after using Macleans Tooth whitener, her teeth got whiter and whiter. I was a bit sceptical at first, I couldn't believe that any toothpaste could actually whiten teeth, but after trying it for a couple of days, my teeth were white!! Not only white, but sparkling too. Superdrug Tooth Whitening

Review of Superdrug Tooth Whitening Wand

Signal Toothpaste

Advantages: A good and inexpensive family toothpaste
Disadvantages: none

...Choosing a toothpaste that suits your gums is easier said than done. My front teeth are rather sensitive and the Dentist recommended using Sensodyne, the Dental nurse kindly gave me a sample tube. I was told that you had to persevere with Sensodyne, the toothpaste doesn`t offer instant relief but used over a period of time it supposedly calms the sensitivity. Sensodyne averages £2.50 a tube and after using it for a month I felt the benefits weren't great enough to justify the cost. Some toothpastes have a nasty habit of making my mouth sore, so if I find one that leaves my mouth feeling fairly fresh and no soreness occurs after using it then I tend to stick to it. Signal toothpaste was introduced to Europe in 1965, it is cleverly constructed, the two colours (red and white) are sufficiently viscous so they don`t run into one another...

...I know that toothpaste might not be the most exciting thing to review but we all need it and after suffering throughout my teenage years with really sensitive teeth and requiring a fair bit of dental treatment I have tried many different products and brands. After moving into my own house I have to say that I was swayed by the cost of items such as toothpaste so would always go looking for the cheaper brands or whatever had the 'special offer' next to it on the shelves of Tesco! Aquafresh Little Teeth Toothpaste

Toothpaste for coke, coffee and fruit consumers

Advantages: Helps to protect your sensitive teeth against acid erosion
Disadvantages: Helps to have less money on coke :)

...Since I first saw its ad on TV I use Sensodyne Pronamel. It is more expensive than the other toothpastes I have to admit. I use Sensodyne for 5 years now as I have sensitive teeth. Why is better than other toothpastes? Well it has a special target group of people who have sensitive teeth - like me. So for us it is one of the most effective toothpaste brand. It helps to protect our teeth against acid erosion. I tried it after drinking a glass of coke, and I felt the difference! Helps to harden tooth enamel. It can!t be tested easily, but I don't have aching teeth for 4 years at least. Hurrah. And most of all, I like it because it has a peppermint taste and not eucalyptus (I feel sick of it). Wilko's Worst Toothpaste

...This toothpaste is a cheap paste sold in Wilkinson's stores nationwide. I bought it because it was cheap and I was penny pinching prior to my holidays. Figuring that the tube would be big enough (50ml) for two of us over a week long period into the basket it went. The Design & Packaging The tube is 2 shades of green with a white screw cap and white sealed end. The writing is also in white and very easy to read. The box is almost identical in design and really stood out on the store shelves. The tube is sealed under the cap and requires turning the lid upside down to pierce the silver foil covering the gap the past squeezes out of. So the design is simple and effective and in addition to the price (approx 89p I think) must have caught my eye. It wasn't until we were on holiday that I realised what a mistake scrimping...

Whitening Like Lighting

...I have only just purchased Colgate Whitening toothpaste and with all the chocolate that I have been eating recently I thought I had better share with you a way to look after your mouth. Put it this way your going to need to if you've read and eat what's in my other opinions. Colgate Whitening is a good way to restore teeth back to their usual colour which I find mine have got stained over the years due to consistent smoking which I have know given up. This tooth paste works almost straight away and it's quite strong though not harsh and really works. It has Microcrystals in it which is the active ingredient. Colgate Whitening ensures your teeth stay as healthy and strong as they are white. Which is really good as some whitening pastes like pearl whitening neglect the health of your teeth, but Colgate does not forget...
