After comparing them all on the Toshiba website I found that the A200-195 was the best for me, as it offered a good sized hard drive, 120GB, quite large in comparison to other manufacturers' laptops, the general range seemed to be about 80GB. The processor was a 1.76GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo, this is important as it is a Core 2, this processor is the new one from Intel which is less demanding of the battery for better performance so it is a must in a laptop, again I was surprised to find that hardly any of the other laptops had Core 2's, until you got to the £900 price ranges, hence the battery life on the Toshiba was sold as 3 to 4 hours and the other laptops based on the Core 1 was 1.5 to 2 hours... ...with the special tft monitor cleaner, just put on a cloth and everything comes off and leaves the monitor nice and gleaming! This laptop is very easy to use for any computer whizz or dummy (like me), as it is very easy to get to grips with. It has taken me all of a week to figure out where programmes are and stuff on here, more used to a computer! The ease is just incredable. You can choose to expand the available memory on your phone with memory card support up to 2GB miniSD. You will never have to worry about people browsing through your personal files as Toshiba have provided a fingerprint authentication service as standard. This basically means that you will be able to program the phone to activate only after it has recognized your finger print. This then only leaves one way for another person to access your files. That final one way is to cut off your thumb, which I do not recommend. There is also GPRS support, meaning you can use your G900 as a navigation system when needed. However you will have to pay extra for the GPRS service, which is worth while as the GPRS application will remove... Read review

...It is obvious that this is the most powerful gaming laptop of Toshiba UK. Toshiba Satellite P100-286 is the replacement of its first gen : P100-347. Both have configuration, P100-286 doesn't have any improvement in hardware. However, updated with a new BIOS and new OS : Windows Vista Home Premium. The OS seems to work fine, sometimes there're still several bugs but they can easily fixed by updating on Microsoft website regularly. Being on the top of the line of Toshiba Gaming laptop, P100-286 comes with a very powerful laptop processor T7200 at 2.0 Ghz, 4Mb L2 Cache and Front Side Bus 667 Mhz. A massive Ram PC of 2Gb will support the processor even better if Bus speed is increased to 667 Mhz to fit with the FSB of T7200. Replacing that pair of Ram with 2x 1Gb PC 5300 would be a good idea.
