Review of Toshiba 37X3030D by
Toffee-Crisp
Advantages: Sleek design, amazing picture quality, amazing sound quality with special DNR noise reduction feature.
Disadvantages: no side mount, 3 second time delay when switiching on TV.
...Toshiba is a well known and well trusted company for all its products. The Toshiba 37X3030D LCD HDTV is said to be one of the best TV's in its range and much better then any other LCD HDTV's out there. Not only that the Toshiba 37X3030D seem to be selling really well in stores and online for the reason that it have an exceptional picture viewing quality which is outstanding, its design is neat, sleek and sexy and the price of this TV in unbelievable.
The design of this Product is not all eye-catching but jaw dropping. Its sleek mirror back glossy look is really attractive and fashionable. Well this look is what you get on nearly all LCD TV's these days. But with the Toshiba its something much more then that as with the TOSHIBA, its not only makes your living room look more modern and livens up the area it also gives it a updated...

Review of Toshiba 32AV505D by
jefbray
Advantages: top picture quality, smaller frame
Disadvantages: sound quality is good, but could be better
...I recently purchased this lcd tv from the link at a very reasonable price and have found it to be as good or better than many more expensive modals. it apears to be small for its size, since the frame is less intrusive than on other modals. this should not put any one off, it looks briliant in any room and requires a little les space than many others.
the picture quality is nothing short of fantastic. it is clear and sharp regarles of anoloug or digital input. and with a blue ray attached it is oresome. the mat black screen reduses glare when the sun is bright in the room and the amount of adjustment available means every one can make it just right. i have had many tvs in the past, but none this good. dont be fooled by the low price, this is a first class t.v....

Not Bad
Review of Acoustic Solutions LCD 32 NK 750 HD by
ditta11
Advantages: Very cheap for a 32inch HD Ready TV with a HDMI Port
Disadvantages: Only one HDMI Port, no VGA input, no information on whether it supports 1080i/p
...For the price of this TV, it is not that bad, you cant go wrong for £450, the original was £400, so this TV is very cheap and also 32inches. Also the TV is wall mountable and the brackets are supplied, wall mounting the unit was very easy and anyone can do it, if you follow the instructions.Looks very good and quite attractive, may seem plastic looking but it s not bad. Really good to look at when its off, and may make a few neighbours jealous. After viewing a DVD on the TV i was very impressed by it, quality looked great and same with the sound. Overall the TV is worth it, simply for the price, although it maybe useful hanging on and going for a more reputable brand such as: Toshiba or Panasonic....

A Beauty That is a Beast
Review of Toshiba 32ZP38 by
elixirsoo
Advantages: Superb Picture and Sound
Disadvantages: Cost; Weight; Glass in stand with young children
...Picture the scene. An old Toshiba TV, eighteen years old, taking a long time to spring into life once turned off, has never needed repair and was originally an ex-display model. It doesn't take a genius to decide Toshiba is the way to go for a replacement.
Discounting LCD because of various disadvantagesand Plasma being way over budget leaves CRT, which is proven technology but bulky. The main problem was to find a TV that didn't have an enormous, and ugly, silver frame around the screen. Flicking through a friend's "Stuff" magazine looking for inspiration, one spots a small article on the Toshiba 36ZP38 and is literally love-struck.
Internet research discovers that the Toshiba 36ZP38 has a smaller brother, Toshiba 32ZP38, which comes closer to the budget.
Its screen is surrounded by a, not too wide, black frame that is in turn...

Toshiba...leading us into a world of technology!
Review of Toshiba 42Z3030D by
cobainkurdt
Advantages: WOW...too many!!! Performance A*
Disadvantages: How dare you!
...INTRODUCTION
Toshiba have always been an excellent brand, along with a brilliant product portfolio (diverse range of products.) This product is a real treat: I use it ti watch HD (High Definition) movies, play games on HD ,watch home-movies I have made on my Toshiba Camileo Pro Camcorder and even use it to surf the net sometimes, instead of my Sony KDL.
RANGE OF FEATURES
Features of the Toshiba 42Z3030D (Z series): This product has 3 HDMI inputs, PC connectivity, along with 2 Scarts, Component and Composite video inputs, S-video input (in this day and age it is certainly an excellently designed product with all features of a successful LCD tv.) Synergising this product's frame rate allows this product deemed flawless.( A large problem with many LCD tvs is that they do not possess enough frame rates which causes poor performance...

toshiba 42"
Review of Toshiba 42Z3030D by
monkeyball2008
Advantages: 3 HDMI full 1080p 24 fps
Disadvantages: cant set up a new picture mode for each source
...I have had this LCD TV for 3 months now and am very happy with it.
plenty of connections for all your devices old or new ,the picture through a freeview source could be better although DVDs look good but a superb picture if using an HD source.
the only thing that lets it down for me is the fact that you cant set up a new picture mode for each source so you will have to compromise and have one picture mode for any device you add in other words for example your DVD and your freeview will both share the same brightness settings and cant be adjusted individually. but that is honestly the only bad thing I can say about this LCD
crisp picture and realistic colours.
good sound from the in built speakers
easy to use and very good looking
A great TV, a good buy...

Does what it says on the tin i suppose
Review of Toshiba 32 WLT 66 by
colin_worldcup
Advantages: It's Toshiba, it's good.
Disadvantages: Not the best picture.
...I've owned this TV for just over a year now and to be honest I bought it on the back of very good reviews.
I have the TV linked up to my XBox 360/DVD player/360 HD Drive and Sky digital in my 'games room', while a very solid performer I did find it slighty underwelming. The picture just never seems to be all that great, I know that plasma and LCD both have their individual benefits but through ownership comparison I have to say plasma hands down.
The colours just never seem that crisp nor rich enough and the sharpness isn't what I'd expect either.
As usual with Toshiba the build quailty and features are excellent............just found the whole thing a little underwelming. Would recommend for the right money, but would advise to explore all alternatives out there...

Fantastic
Review of Toshiba SD-362 by
Raeesa
Advantages: Attractive Appearance, Ease of Use
Disadvantages: Unattractive remote, Quite Wide
...I bought this dvd player last month and its been fantastic. I bought it because i have a black lcd tv and its very rare to get black dvd players especially ones with such ease of use that is availble with this toshiba dvd player. I t took almost no time to fit together although the annoying thing was i had to go out and buy my own scart socket so beware it doesnt come with absolutely everything,. Anyway once i had purchased the scart socket it was a simple task of sticking in all the wires. It is fantastic quality as you can adjust the speed of dvds up to 16X and has all the options and availbilites you need on the remote. This means that once you've put the dvd in everythig can be done at pleasure using the remote. it does have the open/close button on the remote as well. The play back and sound quality are excellent. The dvd player...

TOP LAPPER
Review of Toshiba Portege 4000 - PIII 750 MHz - 12.1" TFT by
donovan74
Advantages: COMPACT. WIRELESS. DVD PLAYER. LIGHT WEIGHT.
Disadvantages: 3 YEARS OLD. MOUSE TAKES TIME TO GET USED TO
...line cable connected to laptop) is a great asset to have, I can now stroll around with my nice shiny silver Toshiba Laptop with no nasty phone cables to trip me up (totally excellent).
The general function's of this machine are very user friendly such as playing back DVD's, running and saving programs etc. Another great feature is the 12.5in LCD screen which is superb (fantastic resolution, razor sharp).
On the downside the Toshiba 4000 has a tricky mouse key that you use instead of the conventional pad or roller ball (to move the cursor) which takes sometime to adjust to.
Being 3 years old now is some what old fashioned in this arena of rapid hi-tec development.
TOSHIBA UK
Last week I recieved a router from my network provider, which was not helpful at all in providing installation and technical support. So I phoned up Toshiba UK who...

Mission Possible - this aint a load of old Tosh
Review of Toshiba SD-110E by
tbeef
Advantages: nice player from a top name
Disadvantages: bit bulky
...Until recently i had been using this dvd player ever since buying it ex display from Currys, when i worked there. I have recently however sold it on Ebay after upgrading to a newer model.
The Toshiba 110 dvd player is rather bulky compared to many on the market now. It is grey/silver in colour, with an lcd display on front. Toshiba have tried to make it as simple as possible, with only the neccesary functions on the front face, with the remote control providing the rest.
Connectable to your tv through a scart cable, benefit being you get a more crisp connection and no installation required. The plug wire is not permanent to the player and is connected easily.
The quality of picture is fantastic. This is the benefit of a good dvd player with a scart connection. Dvd of course is much better in quailty than a video, for both picture...
