...Well Im using this laptop for 6 months now and I am still satisfies with my purchase. The 15"4 is good enough for me to watch movies although a 17" would be perfect. I think its great that it has a 2 GB memory so I can run Windows Vista as well as XP. The processor is is also enough for normal use with Intels dual core 1.73 GHz. Although the disk is not huge most users are going to be happy with 200 GB. The graphics are by Intel GMA X3100, which are solid, but nothing more, so all you heavy gamers might not choose, because of it. So dont expect this machine to be running Call of Duty 4 or similar games. But you definetly get a great design, with elegant lines and a combination of silver an black. Anyways great value for what you get.... Read review

...awesome the first time but honestly, I've hardly ever used myself since. For anyone interested, this laptop has a 3.1 rating, as far as the Windows Experience Index is concerned (you can view this on a Vista machine by loading welcome center and clicking on 'Show more details'). - Processor Intel Pentium Dual Core T2390 @ 1.86ghz, which is slightly faster than my Toshiba (the Toshiba was only purchased about a year or so ago too). Now im no real IT expert but I believe this means that there are two processor chips (hence 'dual') that both run at the stated 1.86ghz. Its perfectly fast enough for anyone who mainly uses their computer for surfing the net, viewing and doing basic video editing every so often, like me. - RAM (Random Access Memory) 2.00 GB. ...with the special tft monitor cleaner, just put on a cloth and everything comes off and leaves the monitor nice and gleaming! This laptop is very easy to use for any computer whizz or dummy (like me), as it is very easy to get to grips with. It has taken me all of a week to figure out where programmes are and stuff on here, more used to a computer! The ease is just incredable. Managed to get a great bargain at PC World (part of DSG International plc), laptop, laptop bag, anti-virus software, microsoft office 2007, wireless router and wireless printer for just £499.99. ...for being good multitaskers, so its good to have the computer following suit - we can use that to our advantage, right? ;-) lol! (another note for those that are interested, yes this has a Dual Core processor but yes it isn't one of the best, as you may expect for the price this sells at (c. £500-£550 as of October 2007), its actually a T2080 genuine Intel dual core processor with each of the two mini-processors offering 1.73Ghz, if that helps, but either way its still genuine Intel Dual Core for £500, before I hadn't seen any Dual Core laptops with decent RAM and a good size hard drive for under £600, so its still a good deal in my eyes, even though this is the most budget Dual Core processor Intel provide, or so I believe(?)). Other things I read on the webpage that it comes with, that also made me feel that this would be particularly good... Read review

...The Toshiba Satellite P200 -17C is the perfect laptop if you're looking for some gaming fun. Its 2D and 3D performance is impressive, while six USB ports are scattered around the machine. ...through the VGA or HDMI, and gives multiple options once one is connected. There is a HD-DVD drive built in because Toshiba was a company responsible for creating these disks, but they did not take off and a Blu-Ray drive would have been a better option. But it still works in all the normal ways that a DVD-ROM driver would and plays all DVDs and CDs. There is a dual core processor located inside which helps to run the Vista operating system, but at times it is very slow. This is generally the case when there are multiple windows open. But saying this, it can handle most tasks very easily and quickly e.g. opening and using Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. The overall design of the laptop I would say is very good. With the addition of Harman/Lardon speakers it means that it has excellent sound quality when playing music, videos, etc... Read review
