Toshiba 15" LCD TV with Freeview
Review of Toshiba 15V330D by
sagitaria
Advantages: Slimline, lightweight, reliable
Disadvantages: Remote control is slow to respond
...can push them against a wall and hey presto, a whole new area of worktop space.
So, despite my old analogue working perfectly, it was time to consign it to the pavement outside. I never need worry about it being collected by the bin men. It'll be long gone before then. We can guarantee one of the locals, who regularly scour the streets for unwanted electrical items, will rescue it. Before too long, it'll re-appear down at the local market where someone will make a small profit.
After a bit of research, I decided to go for the Toshiba 15" 4:3, LCD, Integrated Digital TV with Freeview. Pricewise, it seemed to be very competitive and its performance was highly rated.
I'm very loyal to Toshiba anyway, especially when it comes to televisions and DVD players. I've always found them to be a very trustworthy brand, with few, if any...

Good looking toshiba lcd tv
Review of Toshiba 14VL33 by
oldwasp
Advantages: flat lcd screen, good sound, mounts on wall.
Disadvantages: motion blur watching fast moving objects
...of a player or the ball you get a ghosting or motion blur, this is because the TV only has a 25ms response time. LCD tv's are best under 15ms, but how often would you watch sport on a 14" TV.
Teletext is easy to use with the remote which includes fasttext.
Another television from Toshiba that they can be proud of, looks good easy to use and fantastic to watch.
Thanks for reading...

Toshiba SD-260 DVD Player
Review of Toshiba SD-260 E by
lilyellowfish
Advantages: Looks good, easy to use, good value for money
Disadvantages: No disc resume feature
...The first thing you notice with this Toshiba SD-260 DVD Player is that it looks good, it's silver, think and looks modern and stylish. The height is 43.8 mm, width is 421 mm and the depth is 260 mm and it weighs 2.3 kg, which is fairly light. On the front it has a tray on the left, which is hidden and on the right it has 6 buttons - eject, stop, play/pause, fast forward, rewind and power. When the power button is on it lights up blue. In the middle of the player there is an LCD display where the timings and chapters of the DVD are displayed.
I decided to buy this DVD Player as it was a Toshiba, who are a respectable electronics manufacturer, so I thought I would be safe buying the product from them, and I have not been dissappointed. I have had this DVD Player for a year now and have had no problems, apart from loosing...

Toshiba SD330E
Review of Toshiba SD330E by
goofy123
Advantages: 'Toshiba Brand Name' Multi Region capability
Disadvantages: No On Board DTS/Dolby Digital Decoder
...I bought the Toshiba SD330E DVD player 3 Months ago.
My choice, was influenced at the time by the price (£49.99), and, having already owned the lower model Toshiba SD125E.
Advantages of the SD330E:
=
Plays DVD, VCD, Audio CD (inc mp3/ wma format) JPEG's (Photo cd's/dvd's) , as well as DVD-R discs of dvd video format, with no problems.
Multi Region Capable (provided you check where you are buying it from).
Component video outputs, coaxial audio & optical audio outputs. (For those wishing to connect to Home Cinema / Plasma's or LCD
televisions.
Superb Picture Quality, (even when connected with Scart Lead)
I have mine connected to my home cinema system, through the optical out connection, and, well, lets just say, this is how DVD should be observed!!
Disadvantages...

Hello Tosh got a Toshiba ( i have)
Review of Toshiba 32 C 3030 D by
king_k_71
Advantages: Value for money, stylish picture quality
Disadvantages: 2 scart connections,sound quality
...We purchased our toshiba 32" lcd tv 6 months ago now and continue to be very pleased with it,one of the main reasons for us purchasing this t.v was we wanted the style, features ie hd ready, size, etc but not having to break the bank, after many trips to currys, dixons, comet etc and checking out almost every tv within our price range £500-£650 we decided that the toshiba ticked all the right boxes, with a sale price of £529.00
It was generally easy to install and if you follow the on-screen menus you cannot really go wrong.
Unfortunataly on the back there are only 2 scart connections a pain when you have a sky+box,a dvd player & seperate vcr,and when the kids want to play their game consoles you have to use the yellow, red & white connections on the side,(we are currently saving for sky hd box which iam hoping will free one of the scarts...

Another winner from Toshiba
Review of Toshiba 37 WLT 66 by
The-Reasoner
Advantages: Value for money, Picture Quality
Disadvantages: Some sound issues
...An excellent purchase and easily recommended for that short list of possible HD T.V
I bought 1 of these fine T.V's just over a month ago and i'm very impressed with the performance of Toshiba's new flat panel LCD.
At 37" the screen size was ideal for my requirements as the 32" was just too small and a screen of 40 inch plus was too big.
Picture quality is sublime with rich and vivid colours and the black level is the best i've seen(which is very difficult to achieve in LCD technology),and it's very close to the levels of a good quality Plasma display.
The T.V was very easy to set-up straight out of the box thanks to the easy to understand menu's and was up and running with-in 5 minutes.
The choice of connections are also excellent and comes with 2 HDMI connections(this is rare as most other T.V's only come with 1 HDMI plug),1...

Toshiba M40X is very good device
Review of Toshiba Satellite Pro M40X - Celeron M 360 1.4 GHz - 15.4" TFT by
ngadtt
Advantages: High Speed, Very bright display, Large Screen, 4 USB ports and durability
Disadvantages: DVD speed is slow. Weight is quite heavy
...My company's Laptop is Toshiba M40X. I have been used this for 3 years. I am a software engineer so computer is very important to me.
This Laptop is very convenient for me. Speed is very high. I can install many kinds of tools in my laptop. They worked well without any problem. My Laptop is quite good. Hardware has been working well without any serious problem. I had only to replace a LCD cable during almost 3 years. It's rather enduring.
Advantages:
1)Very bright display
2) Screen is large so 3 people can watch movies together
3) Play CD and DVD together
4) 4 USB Ports --> convenient for software developers
5) Speed is high
Disadvatages:
1) DVD speed is slow
2) It is quite heavy ( nearly 3 kg)
I am sastified with this device. Toshiba is a good label for Laptop.

Review of Toshiba SD330E DVD Player
Review of Toshiba SD-330E by
jomaco
Advantages: multi region feature, excellent audio and video quality
Disadvantages: manual supplied had no english section
...Within the last 2 years I have purchased two other DVD players in the Toshiba range, an SD210E and an SD110E. The range-topping SD330E was purchased for its multi-region capability which is essential if playing DVDs from abroad. A multi-standard (NTSC/PAL) TV is another essential component for a small home cinema system based upon the SD330E. I use a small, 13 inch, Sharp LCD TV which is stacked with a whole range of features including automatic NTSC/PAL switching.
Curiously the SD330E bears very little physical resemblance to its predecessors. It is the same width and depth of its cousins but only two-thirds the height. The most striking difference between the models is in the weight of the SD330E, which, thanks to switch-mode technology used in the design of the power supply, is very light and creates an immediate, first...

Toshiba...leading us into a world of technology!
Review of Toshiba 42Z3030D by
cobainkurdt
Advantages: WOW...too many!!! Performance A*
Disadvantages: How dare you!
...INTRODUCTION
Toshiba have always been an excellent brand, along with a brilliant product portfolio (diverse range of products.) This product is a real treat: I use it ti watch HD (High Definition) movies, play games on HD ,watch home-movies I have made on my Toshiba Camileo Pro Camcorder and even use it to surf the net sometimes, instead of my Sony KDL.
RANGE OF FEATURES
Features of the Toshiba 42Z3030D (Z series): This product has 3 HDMI inputs, PC connectivity, along with 2 Scarts, Component and Composite video inputs, S-video input (in this day and age it is certainly an excellently designed product with all features of a successful LCD tv.) Synergising this product's frame rate allows this product deemed flawless.( A large problem with many LCD tvs is that they do not possess enough frame rates which causes poor...

Toss out this Toshiba
Review of Toshiba Satellite 1800-204 - C 1 GHz - 13.3" TFT by
funphobic2
Advantages: Compact, good hard drive space and processing speed
Disadvantages: Its durability, and has become out-dated
...I’ve never really been interested in laptops, I’m more of a desktop girl myself, but when moving to university 3 years ago and having to live in a studio flat, my desktop just took up too much space. So I needed a laptop. Unfortunately, I had spent a lot of my loan on clothes and holiday’s (as you do!) so I had to find something on the cheaper side. Luckily I know a little about computers and knew pretty much what I needed; something compact, but with good processing speed and a large hard drive. So I went about my laptop shopping….
***Why I chose Toshiba***
I popped into the Dixons in Watford and they had a couple of ex-display models on sale. I came across a Toshiba satellite 1800-204. I noticed a few people had a Toshiba Satellite notebook, and so it caught my eye immediately. It was made in 1999, and basic specs include...
