...So you've looked at the strange title and then seen that I'm reviewing a power cable! Now your wondering how I'm going to manage at least 120 words on a power cable. Well it's going to be easy seen as it's a......Dell.... power cable. As fans of my reviews will know( do I have fans) I recently purchased a monitor from Dell. Well along with my monitor I got a basic package to run Office on because I do a lot of downloading and hate to slow the download down. With my computer came a Dell power cable. Ok you can't really call it a Dell power cable but they do supply it so I'l blame them... After unpacking my computer and plugging everything in I turned on the switch and..... well nothing. ...I bought this for plugging in my computer because the power supply I had to buy did not include one. There isn't much to say on a power cable so this is about all I could think of. My main reasons for choosing this where because I knew Belkin is a very respectable brand for when it comes to electronic connector cables and its length suited my needs perfectly. I found that the cable fits very snugly into the back of my computer so that when it gets knocked about for some reason (kicking from mad frustration during games :) ) then it does not fall out. It is easily strong enough to hold its own weight in so it doesn't pull itself out- which is a problem one of my crappy computer monitors was having. This caused me to buy a second one for my computer monitor as I was overall 100% pleased with this one. It has never failed me causing... Read review

...'ve owned this device myself for a few months now, buying it for a bit cheaper than normal from Ebay. I was taken in by Toshiba's boasting of the powerful 400mhz processor, and since I having a Palm, I also wanted to try the pocket pc's charms. I will now explain to you all the problems I have had with this device. First of all, when I first received my pocket pc, I charged it up. A perfectly normal thing to do, but the pocket pc stops charging after 15minutes when it's supposed to charge for a good few hours for it's first charge! This immediately rang alarm bells with me, and checking the cables etc. were plugged in properly, I tried to charge it again, thoughts were now consumed of what damage this was doing to the battery and the fact that I may have a faulty charger/battery. I finally got the pocket pc to charge for maybe about 6 hours... Read review

...is provided and is 12V DC.-5A .The end with the plug is 150cm long and this end plugs into the power unit. Connected to the power unit is a thinner cable this is also 150cms long this plugs into the TV. The power unit is fairly big and finding a place to put it can be a problem. I solved this by blue tacking it to the top of the Vesa wall mount, it now looks tidy and out of sight. TV **** The stand-by light is on the front and is a bright blue when in stand-by but when you turn the TV on its brightness is more subdued so it doesn't glare out at you while watching TV. A Toshiba logo is in the middle of the speaker and the remote sensor is also on the front. The power on off button is located on the right hand side of the TV, with the volume up and down buttons, menu button and program up and down buttons, you will probably never use... Read review

Advantages: Excellent picture quality and they are lowering in price and are simple to use ans set up
Disadvantages: DVD disc's are a little to expensive although they will probably lower in price as the revolutioon takes off

...no tuning was required, but I was till unsure what to do with it as I had never used a scart cable, and in the instructions it does not mention that scart is an automatic tuner, that was only pit fall about the instructions that I have found. So I connected the cable turned on the DVD and instantly a message appeared on the TV welcoming me to DVD by Toshiba, amazing or what I thought. That then gave me my next worry, I tried to change channels but it automatically goes back to your scart channel, I referred back to instructions and this is where I found out that it automatically goes to scart when DVD is on full power, to get back to normal TV just put it on standby, as simple as that that was my DVD player fully installed almost as easy as the kettle. ...Toshiba External USB 2.0 Combo Drive INTRO Along with my recent office purchase of the R200 laptop and seeing as it was minus a CDROM I bought an external CD unit. I originally made the mistake of buying the DVD ROM version and at £85 that was next to useless. So I returned that and got the Toshiba External USB2 Combo Drive. There are a few different ones out there, this one wrote CD's and read DVD's. IMPRESSIONS When you open the box up your greeted with what first looks like an MP3 player. Size wise its not much bigger than a CD. The finish of this one was brushed aluminium to match the R200 laptop. Quality is easily very high, just like Toshiba's other offerings. If nothing else the Combo drive looks cool. CONNECTION The combo drive is connected up with a standard USB 2 cable. Not external power supplies are needed... Read review
