...I have decided to review this laptop for a few reasons, firstly because it’s a good honest laptop, that will probably interest many people. The second and most important is that in this age of technology we are now looking for and developing new laptops that are smaller, look cooler and are more portable than ever before, so this is one of those you would love to own if you need something portable to take on your travels. This is actually a Toshiba, they are not really that well know for making laptops but are no doubt getting more and more credit with every new laptop they make. Disadvantages: Gets very hot on your lap

..., as the button is located just where you carry the laptop to move it. In fact, the only thing I don't like about this laptop are the amount of advertising that comes with it (however, once you get rid of the annoying Toshiba/Yahoo! applications on the sidebar, it actually has quite cool features to leave on your desktop) and how hot it gets if you leave it on for more than about half an hour. ...DVD was launched commercial over 10 years ago. The major manufacturers made the mistake of not licensing the technology appropriately and subsequently the cost of DVD players has fallen dramatically within the past 5 years. Some people may find it hard to justify the cost of a DVD player when they can picked up for £30, but I am going to write this review to communicate the advantages of having a medium range quality DVD player. So firstly, why Toshiba? Toshiba have an excellant reputation for producing quality products for a great price. There are some manufacturers such as Sony, that in my opinion rely too much on their brand image to sell the good. Toshiba both provide an excellant product, more importantly quality and value. Advantages: Light, Fast, Looks nice, Reliable, Value.
Disadvantages: Doesn't have a built in webcam or Bluetooth connectivity.
