The first book ended with Lindsay in despair over the death of her lover and the illness that was trying to kill her. But Lindsay Boxer is back as the first Women Lieutenant of the San Francisco Homicide Squad. The novel opens with a shooting at a church in a predominantly black area of San Francisco killing a child. This is not the first killing by the serial killer but it is the first of note to the Homicide Squad. There is a killer on the loose who wants to kill black cops or those involved with black cops. Advantages: its small size, long battery life
Disadvantages: do not buy a mini when you can buy a shuffle

...I won one of these ipod shuffle 1st generations in a raffle at my scool, I kept this for quite some time and then decided to sell it so I could by the ipod mini in green. This was a big mistake i could of ever made, once I had bought the mini I realised that I could not have the mini around my neck without making it ache or have the same amount of running time as the shuffle. Apple have recently brought out the 2nd generation of the ipod shuffle which is a must have not only was i surprised at its amazing size but the battery life of one seems to never end, the shuffle comes in many colours and i happened to choose blue. It holds approx 240 songs and is really good value for its money as it is complete with docking station and also i received the new style earphones that creates brilliant sound quality music.... ...hits the REWIND button on his lyricism by spitting a story backwards that starts from the ending. This is a refreshing skill that REWINDS Nas to his 2ND CHILDHOOD of artistic, old school rapping. The REWIND story itself is based on one, long verse. The concepts of Nas', tale revolve around a black man (i.e.'....ni**a....') being targeted by the Queensbridge lyricist himself, holding a gun. It also describes how bullets flow back into Nas' gun while the hole (i.e. wound) in the black man's chest repairs itself. This event is a reverse to the realistic effects of someone being struck with bullets and consequently becoming wounded. As Nas describes this in his own language, it's like a VCR (video casette recorder) REWINDIN a hit! This is a very creative and innovative idea invented from Nas with high quality lyricism to show for it... Read review

...wish to call it, but the Zen basically involves moving up and down, while the iPod involves rotating in circles. It's a matter of preference, really. The Zen has quite a few buttons, for total control over the device. It also has a lock switch, so buttons aren't accidentally pressed while carrying it around, and also has a USB 2.0 mini socket which connects to the computer. It also features other common things such as audio-out (obviously) and an extension socket for a remote control or radio, or other various addons. [BATTERY] The Creative Zen's main strong point is its large battery life of 24 hours stated continuous play, while the iPod has 8 hours stated battery life for the 3rd generation, and 10 hours stated for the 1st and 2nd generation. From personal experience I can say that I have managed about 20 hours continuous play... Read review

...Ive had the ipod touch 8gb since christmas and i got it for £200 and i think that it was worth every penny but now the price has dropped slightly to £179.99 which makes this product even better ive had 3 ipods before (nano 1st,2nd and shuffle) and this is the best by far!!! it has a great 3.5" touch screen and the 8gb internal memory is more than enough to store your favorite music and a few music videos or a couple of movies but if you want a mp3 player to watch movies the ipod touch is the product for you but i would go for the 16gb model as 8gb realy isnt big enough for movies and your favorite music. i would highly reccomend this product to anyone who is lookin for a new mp3/mp4 player . i think this ipod is so good that what ever mp3 you own im sure you would realy enjoy the ipod touches features and great look. and the battery life... ...After owning two previous iPod's (1st and 3rd Gen Nano's) I decided it as time to carry my music collection to another level and invest in a new iPod Touch. After researching the memory options available to me (8GB and 16GB) I decided to go for the 16GB option as it did not cost too much extra and I thought that I would use it to store some movies. When I received my iPod and started it up, I found the interface very familiar as I have owned two previous iPods and an Apple MacBook. I found that the iPod Touch was very easy to use and the Touch Screen was very user-friendly. The thing I like most about the iPod Touch is the looks and feel of it. ...say, at £1.39 for only 50 ml. So it is pretty reasonable. With one of the 50ml bottles of another brand it claims to contain 100 applications, so for 100ml of this you will have a good idea of what you're getting. Not ranked No.1 on my list but a good 2nd.... Read review
