It is accurate, generally easy to control and the screen doesn't scratch permanently (you do get temporary scratches, but these rub off easily). Another control is the microphone - I have only used this for 'blowing' games, not 'talking' games, however my experience of it is negative. Touch Magic

Advantages: Great sound quality, great applications

...way I can see it lasting 36 hours is if you do nothing but play music straight, this means no interacting with the IPod, no skipping songs, just let it play straight out. I actually only have about 15 hours worth of music on my IPod so couldn?t really see if it worked. Realistically, if you were to check the odd email, and play the odd game, but basically used this like you would any other IPod, then you would see a battery life of about 10 hours which is always good. I would however recommend plugging it in to your computer every time you go on just to keep it boosted up. The amount of times, I?ve got in the car with my old IPod, been prepared to plug it into the stereo and remember that I needed to charge it up. The Good I really do love my IPod touch, I was always a bit bored of my old IPod as the screen was way too small...

iTouch

Advantages: Brilliant
Disadvantages: Nono

..., therefore i'm glad i didn't upgarde to the larger memory, i think it would have been a waste! I am personnally most astounded by how functional the iTouch is, i did not realise half of what it did, and i most certainly didn't think that it would be like a hand held laptop, the only thing this thing is missing is a phone...and guess what Apple have for that...the iPhone. The screen on the iTouch is so perfectly clear that we tested is by having a look on google Earth and it was almost better than the computer I am typing on! Obviously i wouldn't recommend writing a ten page email on the iTouch, i thibnk this would be impossible and take hours, the machine is totally touch screen. But it does exactly what it is made for and it suprised me on so many levels. One piece of advice, which is pretty obvious, i think this is best kept at home...

Ipod Touch 8Gb with engraving

Advantages: All the features of the iphone but without the massive price tag

Nokia 5800 touch screen music phone

iTouch!

Advantages: Packed with applications, very handy and easy to use.
Disadvantages: Keyboard is hard to use, no flash player and not very durable without a case.

...such as Dailymotion. This, obviously, is a drawback. Hopefully, Apple will look into sorting this out for future versions. Other than that, the Safari browser is very good. It's fairly quick, like other browsers, it depends on your connection speed as to how fast your pages load. The iTunes store is a great inclusion on the device. I like the idea that you can be sitting out with your friends and if someone mentions a good song or you hear a good song then you can just access your iTunes and purchase the song (provided your in a wi-fi hotspot). It's really good. You can then listen to it using the iPod feature, which is what the device is built around. But the other functions kind of put the iPod section into the shadows. The touch screen is very responsive and so far, using my brothers 8GB version, I haven't encountered any problems...

Touche Eclat? Touche Eme!

...I have never bought any Yves Saint Laurent products in the past, I've always been tempted by the shiny displays in my local Boots and Debenhams but the price has always put me off. A Touch Too Much?

As the 2nd generation Touch has a speaker built in internally, it let out a small 'ping' which was a little unexpected as I had forgotten most of what I had read about the new models. I also noticed the additional external volume control buttons on the side. These, I believe, are straight from the iPhone, and has already proved to be an excellent feature for me. Ipod Touch 32gb.

Advantages: Big Music Storage, Awesome looks.
Disadvantages: Price

...This Ipod is extremely nice looking and easy to use, just as the iphone it has the touch screen interface. Only it lacks the phone, camera and GPS. With it's 32gb capacity its the ideal choice for the music lover, because you won't find 32gb capacity iphones (just 16) and you can let it alone playing music in a party while not worrying about phone calls. I've had it for about 4 months now and absolutely love it, it has never failed or had any problems, also it has survived some falls with no scratches at all (the "delicate" looking glass screen can survive alomost any scratch without getting any marks), though i use a protective case which i also recommend you buy if your gonna have this baby. Extra feauters include WiFi internet, Youtube, Contacts, Agenda, Calendar, Alarms besides the Music and Video playing capabilities...

  iPod Touch 8GB

Advantages: intuitive, stylish, fun, great music player, variety of features, internet function
Disadvantages: fingerprints! no camera, no built in speakers, only available in black currently
