A couple of years ago I used weightwatchers on line, which is the same idea, but there is a subscription payable for that after the free trial period, of (when I did it) £9.99 a month. Having had another baby and gained a stone, and it being January, I felt the urge to lose weight and I saw an ad for this new Tesco's tracker and thought I'd give it a go. I lost a stone with the Weightwatchers programme, so was happy to give this one a go, all the more, since it is a free programme. HOW DOES IT WORK? Basically you start by signing up, which only takes a few minutes, and you give it your height, weight and, if you want to, your waist measurement. Life (minus) Tracker = Hungry Mornings!

Advantages: Crnch, chew, chom, squidge... mmmm!
Disadvantages: You may want to put a bib on! ;o)

...What would life be like with out tracker bars?? Well my life for a start, would definitely consist of many hungry mornings! Being a student, who has 8.30am lectures three days every week and who lives about an hour and a half away from university, I very rarely get time to wake up in early in the mornings to make breakfast.. If I did, I would probably have to be up at 6 instead of 6.30 and you know what, nothing is more pleasurable and enjoyable than half an hours sleep when you really do not want to be up! So yeah, there is just no way I have time for breakfast... so what do I do?? How can I miss the most important meal of the day? Walk With Me DS - Activity Tracker for those that enjoy a walk.

Advantages: Will last as long as you keep walking, lots of statistics tracking and modes to earn steps for
Disadvantages: Not a game, not going to get non walkers to walk, great value for money but expensive

(Looking back this turned out to be an excellent choice with the current financial situation) Prices ---------- When i was looking for a mortgage this was the best by far although on other occassions when ive needed a mortgage the deals available werent particually attractive. I would suggest using an independant advisor to find the best deals available. A Good Reason to Track to the Shops

...I was in the supermarket the other day looking for cereal bars to take to work for breaktimes. As with most products these days, I was totally spoiled for choice. Eventually I decided on Chocolate Chip Trackers, simply because I haven’t had them for ages. I bought a box of 8 bars for £1.45. That works out at just over 18 pence per bar. A common problem with anything sold in a multi-pack though, is that the product tends to be a bit smaller than their individually sold counterparts. This is the same with Trackers. Masterfoods describe Trackers as, ‘ Choc-chip cereal bars with chewy oats, nuts cornflakes and crisped rice with chocolate chips. Most of which tend to fall off the top when you open the bar. I then spend most of my break chasing nuts and choc chips which a merrily bouncing across the table...

Deceiving bars of Chocolate & Nut

... TRACKER CHOCOLATE CHIP  I love chocolate chip tracker bars I have at least one every day or two so I thought I would share my thoughts with you. Full of chocolate chips and oatey goodness and each mouth full is not enough.  SIZE, TASTE & SMELL  The size is quite deceiving, they are smaller then they look in the packaging at only approx 3 inches long by just an inch wide. Each bar is 26 grams in weight. They are very crunchy and very tasty, once you bite into one you get a right mouth full of chocolate chips and chewy goodness of cornflakes, nuts and oats, they can be a little sticky and may be sickly to someone who?s not keen on nuts and chocolate together. The smell is divine and you want more (well I do anyway), the smell is very sweet and chocolaty, there?s also a strong smell...

The Thing With The identity Crisis

Advantages: Probably better for you than a normal choccy bar
Disadvantages: Way too small

...I vaguely recall ( though I could be mistaken ) the TV adverts about these things a few years back now which featured some nutter squirrels ( probably escapees from the house of Mortimus ) which made me laugh but it wasn?t until now that I had the pleasure of trying these things !! I call them things because I am not sure how you classify such objects so henceforth I shall just refer to them as ?things !! ? By the way, I never bought these either. No, non-Platypi Steve didn?t buy them, Dan did and he bought a box of them so there were more than enough to go round which is kinda cool. The box contained 8 Tracker thingies and each Tracker thing weighs in a paltry 26g which, lets face it is kinda pants really. Lets face facts folks, 26g just isn?t going to cut it with many fully grown adults, I guess that?s why they come in boxes...

A Mid Morning Energy Boost!

...There are many different Cereal Bars available these days which are all cleverly marketed to appeal to people seeking a healthy lifestyle whilst busily going about their daily routines. Until today however I had managed to avoid such things but this morning I gave into temptation and parted with 29p for one such example in the form of a Tracker Bar. Tracker Bars are made by Masterfoods UK under license from the Mars group of companies. Anyway let's get straight into the review...... APPEARANCE & TASTE On removing the Bar from its wrapper the first thing that I note is that there is a fairly strong smell of Oats. This is hardly surprising since the Bar itself comprises of lots of bits of Oats stuck together with a Syrup like glue. On the top of the Bar there are a few flakes of Chocolate Chip but these are rather sparse...
