Taking a leaf out of US DVD releases 42nd Street Forever, a series of DVD's that bought the power of cult, low budget and niche movie trailers into the homes of viewers, themselves inspired by Quentin Tarentino's Grindhouse movie. Watching trailers for movies from yesteryear may seem like a strangething to do, but if you're a fan of classic movies of the 60's, 70's and 80's that were far from blockbusters like myself, two hours of Trailer viewing will be right up your street. Advantages: Lightweight, easy to tow, retain value, smart.

...After afew years of having horses and paying for transport I decided to buy a trailer after careful consideration. I had never towed before and did not have a vehicle suitable for towing. It was not a decision taken lightly. I had considered buying a lorry but contemplated that the costs would be considerably higher to sustain another roadworhty vehicle in comparison with higher daily fuel costs to run a 4 x 4. (correct me if I am wrong). I bought a suitable towing vehicle and an Ifor Williams 505 which was about 5 years old. This cost me £2500 (I have had it nearly 2 years) from a reputable dealer and had full service history. Advantages: raw, unadulterated energy

Although technically only an EP with 7 tracks, it is undoubtedly one of the finest albums ever produced and was, until their latest offering, Free All Angels, unrivalled as their best work. ...Trailer Park was released in 1996 as Beth Orton's debut album, but it really doesn't show. I am sure you can find accomplished artists who can't bring out an album as good as this. Beth's vocals manage somehow to be both sweet and melancholy at the same time. And the songs actually mean something. They're well written and strangely touching, like an insight into the emotions of someone else's mind. The best song on the album is Track 10 : I Wish I Never Saw The Sunshine, a lesson in desolation ("Every day is like the one before, all alone a million miles from shore"). There are some startlingly long tracks on this album; Tangent is 7:29, Touch Me With Your Love is 7:27 and Galaxy of Emptiness is an astounding 10:07. The back seats can go down to create space and even with them up there is room behind the back seats. ...Like many people today, access to our back garden is through a small side gate. This meant that we could not get a trailer through. However this all changed last year when I spotted the Duuo at a local trailer centre. I did not go out with the intention of buying a trailer but was I curious when I saw a number of these trailers on the forecourt standing on end. I stopped and went over to look. A very helpful salesperson explained that these were a new trailer that had just been launched. She demonstrated how they converted from a regular trailer to an easily storable unit that could be wheeled away on end. If you were able to get a council wheelie bin through an opening, you could get the Duuo through. I liked the sound of this and decided to go home and check the width of our side gate. The trailer shows us the deep, sinister conspiracy, which is set in side a huge hotel complex. The whole point of film trailers is that they draw the viewers in and convince them that they want to watch the film, which in “Snake Eyes” case the director does this very well. In film trailers the director will always have a hook. A hook is certain methods of making you want to watch the film, it has exactly the same principal as the hook on a fishing rod, but this time we are the fish and the hook is the bait, which will draw us in to watch the film. “I’m on TV” this is the first crucial piece of dialogue we hear in the intriguing trailer of “Snake Eyes”. ...Before we had the girls we used to pack up our tent and head for the hills every chance we got (usually on bank holidays) to enjoy the great outdoors and drink beer. Once they arrived we stopped camping, not really a conscious decision, more a no money left to go anywhere decision. Then a few years back, with the girls getting old enough, we decided to try the adventure again and have never looked back, they loved it. Our first trip had been in our old ridge tent but half way through we decided to go for a big dome for more space and finally, after two weeks in France in 2002, decided we needed even more space and bought the Bermudes trailer tent. ...We had been looking for a well made tractor and trailer for our 2 year old for Christmas (2000), as he is a maniac as far as tractors and anything associated with them go. Having looked around Argos, Toy'R'Us and other toy shops we were not impressed with either the prices or the quality. They were either very well made (ToysRus) and extremely pricey (£60+) or poorly made but with our price range. That was until I read an opinion online, about the Early Learning Centres tractor and trailer set. Off I dashed to their site, I was astounded at what I saw! ~~~A GREAT BIG GREEN AND YELLOW TRACTOR~~~ Ok sorry to get excited BUT it was exactly what we were looking for and within the price range we could afford, at £40.
