...As you may have noticed by the title, i am reviewing the 8ft trampoline with enclosure. Which looks different from the one pictured ( but looks nice) and is smaller, but i will get round to that later. PACKAGING : This trampoline and enclosure come in the same box which is about 5ft x 2ft x 1ft and is a rectangle shape. the packaging is quite plain as it is a large cardboard box, with a big sticker on it showing the trampoline and the name of maker. I will add the box is very heavy, i had to have my partner pick it up for me as there was no way i could have lifted it by myself. So if you are a single mum and you want to pick it up, it would be easier if you had someone to help, also i dont think the box will fit into small cars, exspecially with the kids in the back. ...The reason we decided to buy this trampoline is because my youngest son never asks for anything really expensive for birthday or christmas presents and we thought this would make the perfect birthday present. The trampoline was bought for his last birthday (July 2007), he was delighted, all my kids have had hours of fun and the added bonus is that they are out playing and I know they are safe. ...I've taken my children to numerous playcentres and they always take a shine to the trampoline. I decided to get them one for Christmas as a joint main present. They are only two and three but as there's an enclosure I think this is more than suitable for them! Safety wise it's perfect because they simply won't be able to get on it without my presence. Kids love to run and jump around and burn off all that energy that they get from who-knows-where and there's no better way to encourage it than to buy them activity orientated toys like this. Not only that but the sheer size of this trampoline means they'll get many years out of it yet! Once they're in bed the adults get a go too. Now that's value for money!! ...Trampolines are one of the greatest exersisers ever(i think!!!) i have one myself an 8ft one with a safety net which we use for my younger brothers to stop them falling off!!! they are quite high so if you have young children you would need a step to get up it!!!! The have metal legs which are in 'u' shapes with a plastic green/red/blue rim around the edge with a bouncy elastic netting for the middle. They come in different sizes from 8-18ft and come in very different price ranges. My trampoline cost second hand £250 with safety net and we brought it off of an internet site. There are lots of different moves you can do such as: half twist, full twist, tuck, pipe, stradle and seatdrop. i went to a trampolining club which is also very useful! if you were planning to do flips on a trampoline you would need bigger than a 8ft... ...My daughter was one on 1st June and I can honestly say that there is not one toy that she does not play with or that we wish she had not have got. Karys (my daughter) loves to bounce. As soon as her legs were strong enough for her to push on them - she bounced. We bought her a door bouncer which she used daily from 5 months old and loved it. So when it came to her first birthday I searched around for a suitable trampoline. The bog standard junior trampolines that have the handle on were quite pricey but also impossible for Karys to get on and off on her own as she is not quite walking unaided just yet. Also these type of trampolines usually state they are for 3 years up which was no good at all. Then I hit the jackpot whilst creating Karys' birthday wish list on the Early Learning Centre website and here my story continues... Read review

OK. tp do a large range of climbing frames, trampolines and all manner of accessories for keeping kids amused in the garden. They have a great full colour catalogue which covers everything in detail with sizes, part numbers and recommendations. Having decided to buy a trampoline, tp was our first port of call having already bought one of their climbing frames and been impressed by the ease of build and general quality. We picked up a catalogue from John Lewis/Waitrose and after checking sizes, placed an order for a medium sized one which arrived a few days later. Putting it together is very straightforward. I did offer to help him re-write his but he unfortunately wasn’t interested and so I decided I would write a review on it myself. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ The Trampoline ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ The trampoline was brought for my brother as a birthday present back in September. It had become a bit of a craze where we live to have one of these trampolines and so after persistent begging my dad ordered him one from Argos. The trampoline itself is 13ft in diameter (396cm) and 35inches in height (89cm). The framework is made from galvanised steel and is very robust. ...curved pieces of heavy galvanised steel tube slotted together to form the outer circle (ensuring the holes for the springs were inside the circle!), then three parts to each of the three legs (two vertical pipes and one bottom one to form a 'U' shape - again all slotted together, no need for tools. The 8' trampoline only has three legs, 10' and over have 4. These legs then slot up into the circular frame. You now have your framework! The slightly tricky part was putting all of the springs in, you have to put the first one in, remembering from one story told to me, to hook one end of the spring to the black trampoline bed (the part you bounce on!) and pull it to the frame, to hook in the other end. If you hook it to the frame first, these springs being so tight are difficult to pull to the bed, especially once you get more and more springs... Read review
