...I am very impressed! After recently upgrading from my Canon 350D to 450D I needed a high capacity, fast memory card as the 450 takes SD (secure digital) not CF (compact flash) as the 350 does. As a professional photographer it's vital that I have the best kit I can afford. I was a little worried about buying Transcend over Sandisk, but with such a huge financial saving I thought I'd give Transcend a go. I'm very glad I did! The Transcend 8Gb SDHC (secure digital high capacity) memory card performs excellently - trandfer speeds are very very good. It's rated at 'speed 6', the same as the most expensive Sandisk Ultra cards selling for over twice the price. ...I bought this 8GB Transcend Jet flash V10 a few days after the New Year. As you know I'm the sort of person who likes to walk around with lots of memory around me as I got loads of junk to keep. ...I bought this 8GB USB flash drive immediately after hearing about how cheap these things came for. I've spent a few days with this thing. So, here's a genuine review. Looks - 3/10 When I first saw this stick in the sealed cover, I thought "Jeez! This thing looks really flashy and cheap!". After a few days of usage, I still hold the same view. The whole body of the drive is made of cheap plastic. On the front surface, it has a shining, flickering flashy coloured surface. When in the port, the stick's butt flickers with an orange light. The V60, in no way, goes well with my sleek, black laptop ( I guess it was basically my fault that I bought it...*sigh*...but do read on to get an exhaustive view of this stick). ...of the music player etc. - time between charges can be extended by switching off the WLAN scanning and 3G network and so on. The 8gb memory should be ample for large amounts of photos, music and applications. For example, I have loaded over 11 hours of music so far, several applications and there is still room for well over 6,000 5 megapixel photos - very impressive, the only downside being this memory cannot be expanded further. Finally an excellent feature in my opinion is the 3.5mm jack which enables you to connect the phone to a hi-fi system or a television using the supplied cable. Of course this means you can also use any headphones you wish - ideal if you dislike the headset that comes with the phone. To sum up - a smart looking, feature packed phone which I highly recommend. ...This is the second iPod ive owned - I broke the last one, and it was my fault. So I've bought this newer version and I have to say it is brilliant. It is amazingly small and light for what it does - just 6.5mm thick, making it very easy to carry around without it becoming a nuisance. It also makes it easy to fit in your pocket without it looking ridiculous bulging out like the first mp3 players did. However, it is so thin there could possibly be a risk of it snapping easily if it was put under any kind of strain - if it got accidentally stood on or something. This hasnt happened to me, but it is something you have to be wary of. Aparently you can fit 2000 songs on an 8gb ipod, but I dont have this much on mine yet so I couldnt say. Ive got around 650 songs taking up about 2.5gb, so this figure should be about right. However... Read review

...Actually, I should be writing this review under the 8GB version of the same series. But, I didn't find the product listed in here; so, I'm writing this review here. Besides, there isn't much difference between this 2GB version and the 8GB version except for the extra 6GB and the colour (the 8GB sticks come in black colour) Looks/Design - 8/10 I really liked the design. I guess I find this to be good because I also own a Transcend Jetflash V60 which is simply horrendous when it comes to looks. I also like the colours that this little thing comes in.
