Trolley-tastic!

Advantages: Small, lightweight, hours of fun, cheap
Disadvantages: Nothing!

...My little boy Harry has been dragged around the shops with me since he was about 3 weeks old. Consequently, he rather loves sitting in the big supermarket trolley being Daddy's trolley helper when we do our weekly shop. So when it came to thinking of things for Father Christmas to bring Harry, we couldn't quite resist buying him this little trolley! The trolley is made the company Smoby, who produce a large range of children's toys, available in toy shops and all across the internet. The trolley comes in the colours of light blue and a lime green, with fetching red wheels. The wheels are held on by plastic screws which are nice and sturdy and rotate smoothly, and squeak free! It also has a sticker on the side of the basket which reads "Let's Shop" in case us mummies and daddies forget what it's for! It is made of sturdy plastic...

...I received a DVD in a jiffy bag recently opened the bag carefully and put the bag ready to reuse with about 20 other old jiffy bags I have ready for recycling. Actually I am not sure that all of them are genuine jiffy bags but they are the same sort of thing. Jiffy bags made by Jiffy have been available for several years now I think they go back to the 1950?s. Jiffy bags are handy padded envelope bags that can be bought in a variety of sizes some as small as to 164 x 285mm, then several sizes upwards to 247 x 387mm, probably even larger ones available. The original bag is a golden brown heavy duty paper. The padded filling can be as simple as shredded paper. Vaccum Storage Bags

...I love this idea, whoever thought this up is a genius. A lot of families have storage problems my main pain in the backside is lack of room for excess bedding that i keep spare for guests and what not, So this is magnificent, how the air can be sucked out of the bag with any pipe vacuum cleaner and reduce the size of package to less than a quarter of the size. Brilliant for duvets and pillows i might add and to top it all off it keeps all those bugs away and when you do unpack them they smell as good as the day you washed them and put the items in there.
