...We'd run out of orange juice (a sin in my house as my husband drinks it by the gallon load) so I popped to the local store to buy him some more (he had a bit of a cold and man flu so of course could not move from the couch!) We normally buy Tropicana but they didn't have any so I just bought the local store brand thinking it couldn't really be that different. How wrong I was, now I appreciate just how good Tropicana is. We normally get the smooth, no bits version, 100% pure squeezed orange juice. This, I believe is what gives it the real edge against other orange juices. Tropicana Pure - It really is smooth too

...I purchased two cartons of Tropicana Pure Premium Smooth as part of an offer in our local Asda (I believe it was 2 cartons for £3.00 or something similar). A carton is 1 litre and contains 5 servings, once the carton is open it must be kept refrigerated and used within 5 days so this is the perfect size for one person. This product is 100% pure squeezed orange juice and is not made from concentrate, it is also smooth so therefore has no bits. The carton is made from recyclable material and has a blue plastic screw lid making it easy to get in to your juice and also to check that this has not been opened or tampered with in anyway. ...In this weather, Harry is drinking like a fish, and even though I take out a big cup of juice for him, it's usually gone by the time we get to town! So I've started to look at little drinks that I can pop in my bag for him when we run out. I did use Fruit Shoots for a while but he was getting hyper from them, and to be honest, they weren't all that nice and tasted so artificial! So when I popped to the supermarktet yesterday and saw these new Tropicana Go! drinks on buy-one-get-one-free offer, I thought they'd be worth a try for Harry! Tropicana Go! are a new drink for children, but the difference with these compared to similar drinks on the market is the fact that these contain 70% fruit juice and 30% water, and thats it! ...As far as orange juice goes, I'm not usually that fussy. I'll quite happily sit there with a carton of Tesco Value orange juice and not think twice about it, ncie and refreshed. Yet every now and then, along comes something like Tropicana that reminds me that there is a higher quality OJ out there, and that this may well be it! Tropicana is one of those drinks that we usually only have on special occasions, mainly due to the price. Originating from America, I suppose the main thing about this is that it is made using orange juice that isn't from concentrate: it's the actual juice you're getting in the carton. Taste wise, it really does hit the spot. I like the smooth taste it gives you, and the variety of different types of it mean that you can have orange juice with bits of orange in, which is my personal favourite of this range...
