...I picked these up in Asda about a week ago, simply because they were so cheap at £11.74. There were to go on the wee mans computer as I nicked the original ones! I have had Trust speakers before and found them to be average to good in quality but always of a high spec and at reasonale prices. I have to say that these are pretty good. Hardly likely to rock your World or, for purists, they are not exactly up there with Wisdom or Kharma! Mind you, those speakers can go for ten of thousands of pounds so a sub £12 bracket makes them extremely good value. The look is simplistic but clean. They consist of a reasonably large sub and 2 satellites. They are in a wood construction with black fabric over the speaker units themselves. ...Let me tell you a little story, a true story that happened in my life. When the Gameboy Advance SP first came out, I was among the first people to rush down to my nearest game store, barge all the little kids out of my ways thanks to my being older, bigger and chunkier, and purchasing one of the first lot of Gameboy Advance SP's. Mine was pre-ordered so I didn't really have to barge, but anyway back to my story! ...I really like it. This is the monitor I've been using for almost a year now and I really have no regrets in buying Dell SP2208WFP. Its performance is really great and the price is low, very affordable at $299. This 22-inch wide-screen LCD really excelled for me as far as my observation is concern, also delivering outstanding results with DVDs and games. It supplies a useful feature set, serving up standard VGA and DVI video connections as well as HDMI. Aside from that, a Webcam above the display for easy video conferencing and two USB ports conveniently located along the side and another two tucked underneath.
