'Trust' em to bodge up!
Review of Trust Wireless OPTICAL DESKSET 3011A - keyboard , mouse by
Littleswamp1
Advantages: No wires!
Disadvantages: Buttons Different!
...I have just bought this set for my new computer. To say I am chuffed is an understatement. it is fantastic, except for one little thing that I could hardly complain about since I am on cloud nine with this pack!
The set is the trust 3010A wireless deskset and contains a keyboard (naturally) and wireless mouse. Both are controlled from the same sensor cutting down on space required on your worksurface. This sensor connects to your unit with the PS2 serial socket.
The working distance stated on the box is 2 metres, so theoretically you can be 2 metres away from your computer with the keyboard and mouse and still be able to use them. I wouldn't recommend this though!
Minimum System requirements are Windows 98, 40MB of hard disk space and 64MB of system memory.
Batteries for the keyboard and mouse, 2xAA for the keyboard and 2x...

Gangsta-ash
Advantages: Feels Really Comfortable, Good Battery Life, Mouse is Really responsive
Disadvantages: Haven't Found Any Yet!
...Trust XpertTouch Wireless DS-3200 - keyboard & Mouse
Review:
I purchased my trust keyboard and mouse about 6 weeks ago now from PC World and was at first a bit apprehensive as this was hthe first thing i had bought from there for a long time due to thier total lack of organisation and knowledgde about the particular products i have previously purchased but was told by my brother that they were being sold for just £15 and were pretty good so i bit the bullet and goit one anyway afterall it was only £15 so didn't really matter too much if it did turn out to be useless! However i bought it home plugged it in put in the disk and it installed itself.... it worked! (Possibly the only thing i have brought fom there that does!)
After using this for a few weeks i am actually quite happy with it the range is pretty good and i can...

Expensive style and feel for a very budget price
Review of Trust XpertTouch Wireless Optical Deskset DS-3400D UK - keyboard , mouse by
DAkuma
Advantages: Feels and looks great, lots of cool functions, great range
Disadvantages: Only 1: Middle mouse button is stiff
...After searching a long time for a decent mouse and keyboard, without wanting to throw too much hard cash at them, I felt I was going to have to. I'm a believer in the term "you get what you pay for" and so was almost about to buy a Logitec X6 and keep my existing keyboard (I didn't really need a new one that bad). The mouse had been knocked down to £15 and I was set to walk to the cash desk when I saw the Trust Deskset. The mouse looked the same on the box, and it came with a keyboard which also looked nice. I had to open the box and make sure there was no catch - A wireless 5 button optical Mouse and wireless flat keyboard - Only £17?? Read on...
Mouse:
The mouse is only 800 DPI, but with a lot of fiddling with the speed, I eventually found a comfortable mix of speed and accuracy. My old PS/2 mouse had to go, since I'm now running...

Wireless And Optical - What more can you want?
Review of Trust Ami Mouse 250SP Wireless Optical - mouse by
penguin1052
Advantages: very reliable it's great
Disadvantages: initial setup - but worth it
...I remember having the good ole ball mice and forever throwing them across the room when the ball got worn and having to get a new one. So the first good point about this mouse is that it's optical. NO BALL!! That's great because it means you can use it on any surface (although i have found trouble with other optical mice on desks where the grain of the wood if it's varnished reflects and can cause the mouse to jump - but i've no trouble with this one myself). You can use it on your leg, arm or even the side of your face if your really bored (although that's awkward).
But really it is good and unlike a lot of the older ooptical mice this is accurate and fast enough to play games with. You'll get people tell you that wireless mice don't always react fast enough but ignore them.
I upgraded to this one from a wired one because i...

Having used this for nearly two years I have been very satisfied with it the mouse is a convenient size and has functionality not sometimes found on more expensive devices It is reasonably priced I seem to remember that approximately £13.This is a good price for an optical mouse that is wireless let alone rechargeable. A great product for a great price
Review of Trust XpertTouch Wireless Optical Multimedia Deskset DS-3250 UK - keyboard , mouse by
EVIT
Advantages: long range infrared, lots of functions, good looking, easy to install
Disadvantages: none
...When I bought this wireless set of keyboard and mouse I was looking for the cheapest and longest range available. I imediately spotted this Trust product but not knowing if trust-worthy or not (pun intended). Let me say, this product is just GREAT! Installation was the easiest on XP. The mouse is infrared, both mouse and keyboard are of course infrared and they can be placed VERY far from the source. The instructions are very short but very helpful, be sure to follow carefully the few steps listed. Lots of fully-working functions both on the mouse (that include multimedia buttons) and keyboard (with all sorts of buttons including volume, internet, stand-by/reset/shut-down). The look of this set is great too, the keyboard is rectangular as I like it and the shape of the mouse is the most comfortable I've ever owned. I seriously suggest...

Quality look and feel at the right price
Review of Trust XpertTouch Wireless Optical Deskset DS-3400D UK - keyboard , mouse by
coppinpr
Advantages: Looks good,feels good,well made
Disadvantages: manual could be more helpful when troubleshooting
...The last wireless keyboard I had was a bit of a disapointment,slow responce,sudden battery failure,poor range and I've been using a wired keyboard again for some time.
When I saw the stylish trust DS-3400D at only £17 in PC world I just couldn't resist and ,on the whole, I'm glad I couldn't.
The keyboard is very stylish,quite thin and a nice 'gunmetal blue' around the edge. The extra function keys are situated at either end rather than the above the standard function keys and this makes the keyboard a little longer then most. The keys are well spaced and have a nice feel ,there is no wrist bar and some people may hit the side mounted function keys on the left side while typing.The unit is light but heavy enough not to slip about during usewhich is a plus.
This really is a 'plug and play' item, no instalation cd is provided...

Whr b my "E"s?
Review of Trust XpertTouch Wireless Optical Slimline Deskset DS-3200 UK - keyboard , mouse by
TheGingerKid
Advantages: Good mouse, small and light keyboard, good price
Disadvantages: Lack of vowels, bad wireless range, can be faulty
...I am going to write this reviw using this wireless keyboard. As you will notice, many of the ltter "E"'s are missing. The wirless reciever is only about 30 CM away from me, but this is still the case. Ok, fair enough it doesn't always not pick up "E" but it is extremlly annoying when I am writing an essay for college, and some of the letrs are not gtting picked up. I end up writing words like "Th" and "thr" which is fustrating at times.
As well as that unfortunate occurrence, many of the keys don't function correctly, or function overly. For example, if I was to hold down the shift key to insert a capital lettr at the bgginnnig of a sentence, the keyboard may somtimes pick up that I am still holding the key down, making whole words turn out into capitals. Again, this is a large annoyance.
The keys on the top of the key board...

Man not mouse... Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse
Review of Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse Blue Moon IMD - mouse by
karenlearmonth
Advantages: Wireless, Optical, Coverage
Disadvantages: none spotted to date
...I thought it was about time I reviewed the item I probably use more often than most - my mouse!
Product Overview:
As the product title implies it is a wireless, optical and Microsoft. Some more details bar the obvious to help you may be the following:
* Scroll Wheel
* Left/Right Handed
* Customisable buttons
* PC/Mac
* USB or PS/2
I think there are a few colours to choose from. I've got blue/silver and I think there is red/silver and white as another option (but don't hold me to that)
To my knowledge 'Special Edition' is merely colour editions because I didn't notice anything on the packaging to tell otherwise (although as is usual with my new purchases they are out of the wrapper rapid and into use before thought is given!)
Responsiveness:
I have found that however you choose to set this product up, so long...
