Advantages: Beautiful creamy overdrive, well built
Disadvantages: None whatsoever!

...I am using the Tube Screamer with a Gordon Smith SG2 (great guitar) and a 65 watt Marshall JTM60 valve combo amp. With the TS9 on, I'm able to play great sustaining solos, and crunchy riffs, which sound better than they ever did before with only my amps built-in distortion. If you want a lots of distortion, then you can put the drive knob all the way up, but don't forget that the TS9 is an overdrive pedal, and sounds best when the drive knob is put around 1-2 o'clock. This will give a nice raunchy rock sound, excellent for solos. I'd suggest you use it with and AC adaptor, as you never know when batteries are going to fail on you! ...TimeSplitters 3 Future Perfect, is the 3rd installment in the TS series. TS1 was strange and i thought dissapointing, TS2 was great, lasted for ever and had good graphics for its time. Now TS3 is out, i was worried as i did not think that it would be as good as TS2, well i was wrong its much better. Story: When I was playing TS3 I felt something different then when i was playing TS2. It took me a while to realize then it hit me, there was actually a good story. Unlike TS2 which had an ok story but was just a sort of go threw kill the bad guys get the crystal and run. TS3 has a continuing Story line from the TS2. You play as Cortez, a military mastermind, the same character as in TS2. You are returning from the Splitter Space Station that you blew up previously. ...Answer: Well, you cant really but westwood did try their best. When Tiberian Sun came out everybody thought is was the best ever thing but people quickley got bored of it. The internet games were laggy and slow, the Skirmish mode got boring after using the same tactics over and over again and also that NOD were mch stronger than GDI. However with Firestorm westwood changed most of this. The Internet games have speeded up a lot and the computer has become a more difficult to defeat. However I would not buy TS just so youcan buy Firestorm but this upgrade is a must for TS owners.... Read review

The Waste Land is a bit of a mammoth of a poem, but takes you on a journey through despondency, hope and suffering, and is a must-read, taking up the Holy Grail Legend in a new light. His characters throughout are often depressed souls, whose lives have little purpose, and he tries to show you how spirituality can be your salvation from average, routine, mundane life. At times, however, Eliot loses us with his allusions to texts from all walks of history and cultures, which take some time to pick through; a result of his thorough education and snobbery.... ...This is an ideal piece of software for anyone thinking of buying a sensible offboard synthesizer. It includes software versions of: 2 TB-303s (synths - as used extensively in the dance industry) 1 TS-404 (classic drum machine) 1 TS-808 (newer drum machine) Using just this piece of software it is possible to create some pretty good tunes, and when paired up with a sequencer and some sort of MIDI routing software (i.e. hubis loopback, or MIDIyoke) it pretty much replaces all need for any offboard synths that replicate these sounds. MODs are available, which allow you to change the entire look and feel of the application, and the drum sounds are even replaceable! (which is impossible on the original machines). ...The Graphics on C&C:TS are simply amazing, using Voxels (3 Dimensional Pixels) Westwood have created a landscape capable or being manipulated in game, imagine blasting your way through a building with the Ion Cannon and leaving a dirty large crater where the building once stood, with C&C:TS this is possible and adds a strategic element to weapons use rather than point, click, BOOM of the past, after all the enemy can't build in a crater. Other major improvements are the dynamic lighting effects or Tiberian and explosions that look incredible. My only gripe with the graphics is that all the units fit in with the map very nicely, except the infantry, which stand out like a saw thumb, and whilst the other units have a realistic look to them the infantry units are cartoonish, and I feel that Westwood could have definitely improved things... ...I imported my 156 2.0TS Sport Pack 1, from Holland after an exhaustive search for the best deal. I loved,its gourgeous external lines and it's sporty interior, and still do. The performance was all I expected from the 2.0TS, no Subaru Impreza, but it went as well as you can expect from 155BHP Saloon and sounds brilliant. The Handling is very good for a front wheel drive chassis, with quick sharp turn in, which is very controllable, yes it will understeer at the limit, but quickly steps back in and can easily be controlled on the throttle. The Ride can feel a bit choppy with the sport pack suspension and body control is not the best but is rarely uncomfortable. The cloth sports Seats on my car were firm but comfortable giving good lateral restraint, the Seat fabric did not wear well however. Leather is a better option. The Car... Read review
