...The wait is finally over and Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 has finally arrived. I was eagerly anticipating its release, so much so that I pre-ordered it the first day that it was available to do so. The original Modern Warfare and World at War are probably my 2 favourite games of all time, so would one of the most hyped up games of all time, live up to expectations ? ~~~ First Impressions ~~~ Right from the beginning I was impressed. The adverts before the actual game are again skippable, which means you're ready to start shooting in seconds. Advantages: Compared to the first modern warfare they have added driving in the story and its more detailed.
Disadvantages: To be honest, besides a few environmental graphics, it looks to be the shooter of the decade.

...Call of Duty Modern warfare 2 looks amazing if you?re a halo freak you will fall in love with this first person shooter. It's very detailed. They even switched the map to the screen on your gun unlike any game I have seen before. As far as if you just want to buy the game, and not go online to play, the story line features are so much better. You can even drive on this epic 1st person shooter. The disadvantages to this game as far as I can see are only a few visual slumps like every once in awhile a car will not look as realistic but everything else is wonderful. If you?re looking for a gift for a gamer or just want to try an epic 1st person shooter then this is the game for you....

Call of Duty modern warfare 2 Worth it???

Advantages: Brilliant graphics, very good onine multiplayer, nice features added which orignal did not have.
Disadvantages: quite a complex storyline

...The most eagerly anticipated game of the year, possibly even the decade. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is a first person shooter available on the most popular games consoles. Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. the game is rated 18 and for good reason. Many scenes throughout the campaign mode of the game I personaly found quite disturbing, however this would not put me off buying the game. one level in particular where you pose as a terrorist, and with your gang walk around an Airport shooting civillians. you do however get the choice to skip this level when you load up the game. I would not recomend that you buy this game for your child, or anyone under the 18 year age recommendation. Despite the few disturbing levels you cannot deny the incredible graphics and gameplay that Activision have managed to create in the amzaing game...

Ibanez Tube Screamer TS9

Advantages: Beautiful creamy overdrive, well built
Disadvantages: None whatsoever!

...I am using the Tube Screamer with a Gordon Smith SG2 (great guitar) and a 65 watt Marshall JTM60 valve combo amp. With the TS9 on, I'm able to play great sustaining solos, and crunchy riffs, which sound better than they ever did before with only my amps built-in distortion. If you want a lots of distortion, then you can put the drive knob all the way up, but don't forget that the TS9 is an overdrive pedal, and sounds best when the drive knob is put around 1-2 o'clock. This will give a nice raunchy rock sound, excellent for solos. I'd suggest you use it with and AC adaptor, as you never know when batteries are going to fail on you! If you're after a good pedal to give you some slight overdrive to your clean sound, this will do the trick. This is a great pedal. It doesn't suck tone and the overdriven sound is fantastic. If your looking for an overdrive pedal that will instantly beef your sound and make you cut through the music when you take a solo then this is for you. All the great players from SRV, Clapton, ZZ Top all own tubesreamers and they are all known for the tone and sound of there guitars. I personally play in a rock/blues band and i have gigged the TS9 all over London, the build quality is good as with most things to do with Ibanez and this thing has taken a few knocks and its still solid and working great!! ...This is my second 155 2.0, I like the handling, and when you want to press on a bit, the sound of that engine is truely addictive!! The brakes could do with a bit of beefing up, they struggle to halt the car after a while playing on the back roads with lots of braking. One time I was actually STANDING on the pedal because of brake fade. The steering is very precise, quick rack, 2.2 turns lock to lock, although the QE2 could turn a tighter turn!! The momo steering wheel is a delight to hold, the thick rim is just right for a comfortable grip. Turning circle is nearly embarrasing, if you are not used to it, you find you have to reverse and have another cut, not good in a multi story car park during rush hour.
