FANCY A QUICK TUMBLE...
Advantages: No need for a vent. Dries laundry well and has a sensor.
Disadvantages: Generates a lot of heat. Not the most compact model in the world.
...?t had it long enough to have to repair it yet, but the service we?ve had from Creda in the past has been good, so we should be ok there too. If you are after a tumble dryer and have not considered a condenser one before then you can?t do wrong by looking at this one.

Review of Creda T632CW Condenser Tumble Dryer

Creda T622CW Condenser Dryer.
Advantages: No hose to vent, warms up house!
Disadvantages: Noise, running cost.
...We were bought this tumble dryer as a moving in gift for our new house, finally having space to put a tumble dryer.
We went for the condenser type because there is no need for a vent to the out side, which up here in the north west of Scotland is the last thing you want during a winter gale, believe me!
OPERATION..
The controls for the dryer are easy to understand and operate, the timer is settable up to 120 mins and is clearly marked. The heat setting is a 'push in/out' type with two options, low or high. There is a light that comes on when you need to empty the water bottle, but more about that latter on. The instruction book is fairly good, but i didnt pay to much attention to it.
INSTALLATION..
The dryer is quite heavy and i would advise you to sweet talk who ever delivers it to your home into getting it as close to...

Creda TCR14 Tumble Dryer Condenser
Advantages: Condenser , easy to clean and maintain. No vents required
Disadvantages: Water holder cover door can break easily,
...We purchased this tumble dryer about 2 years ago. It is used up to three times a day and has been a great tumble dryer. We do a lot of washing (4 kids) and wanted to use the dryer both over night and during the day. We didn't want to leave windows open for the vent, so we decided to purchase a more expensive condensing machine.
It runs for upto 120 mins, with a final 'cool tumble' for 10 mins. This seems to help with the ironing. There are two heat setting, high and low. We tend to leave ours on 'high' all the time. There is an anti tangle feature which seems to work quite well, except with quilt covers...
The filters are easily removed for cleaning. The water drum is located at the bottom behind a plastic removable cover. Our old washing machine was only a 1000 spin speed, so we had to empty the drum almost every tumble load. We...

Creda T520VW tumble dryer
Advantages: Easy to use, looks good, wont break the bank
Disadvantages: none
...The T520 VW is a great tumble dryer. It is incredibly easy to use, with only one button and one "clock like" dial. The single button is used to select low or high heat.....and the rotating "clock like" dial to select the time desired for drying. ( Time goes from 0 to 120 mins). It is quiet, and has a reasonably large capacity and also boasts an "anti-tangle"claim. The white plastic fascia near the top of the dryer that houses the button and dial hasn't appeared to have discoloured over time....(unlike our washing machine which we've had for the same amount of time), and with the word "simplicity" embellished next to the creda logo, it really does sum up this item for itself. Simple to use, reasonably modern looking, won't discolour, and would easily fit into anyones kitchen or utility room or anywhere around the house for that matter...

Drying tonight and every night!
Advantages: Timer Control
Disadvantages: Sensor drying doesn't always work
...Having just moved house and had the trauma of ripping out a rundown kitchen, I decided to go a bit more high-tech than the old vent pipe out the window approach to tumble drying and buy a Condensor drier. My previous driers have always been Creda and I rated them very highly .
There are two T632s available, one has sensor drying (ie it switches of when it thinks the load is dry) and manual. I chose the former as it is supposed to save energy, the only problem is that I open the door to find my clothing is still damp and not remotely wearable - dry to this machine doesn't equal dry to me! Unfortunately the sensor drying function cannot be switched off, there is no choice.
On a plus side the machine does have a timer control which allows you to switch it on and choose between 1 and 8 hours ahead for it to actually start. This is...

Round round baby, you spin me round round.
Advantages: Gets Clothes DRY
Disadvantages: Large
...Creda Simplicity Condenser dryer.
Creda T622CW - Simplicity Condenser Dryer retails at £186.99 which is the Online price including VAT but excluding Delivery charge. (www.Edirectory.co.uk)
I bought one of these over a year ago now and it is a godsend. Unfortunatly sunny days cannot be relied on and the damp smell of clothes drying inside isn't the best.
This machine is the answer to all your problems and features the following features:
-Condensing Dryer.
Basically this machine will dry your clothes without the need to have a vent to the outside world. No need for a large unsightly pipe that billows steam all around the garden or garage and makes your house look like a steam train!
-C Energy Rating.
Not the best energy rating available, but for the price, pretty good.
-6kg/13lb load.
Will take more clothes than you...

Not My Laundry Fairy
Advantages: Dries efficiently, dependable, good with delicates too.
Disadvantages: Hot, loud, pain to upkeep.
...Ok, I admit it. When talking laundry, my green credentials fall flat on their face. My intentions are good, but my results suck monkey rude things. It is true. I do not like laundry. I do not like sorting smelly socks, retrieving sticky sweets from pockets, or pens, or five-pound notes, or precious trading cards. I wash them all, to deleterious effect. I do not like pegging out washing. I do not like ironing. The whole laundry shebang is far too effortful for a lazy person like Murphy. Sod the energy consumption ? I tumble dry far too much. This is why, when my old tumble dryer was deemed too geriatric to be moved from London to Devon, I bought a new one as soon as my little lazy feet hit Devon soil.
I bought a Creda T622 Condenser Dryer, and I was hoping that I would be able to rename it Murphy's Laundry Fairy. However, things did...

Time to Ditch Those Pegs
Advantages: Plenty of room for large loads, reverse action reduces ironing!
Disadvantages: Bottom plinth is easily kicked off
...the water might SEEM like a chore, but it is a small price to pay for the freedom of positioning the dryer in just about any location you fancy. And who wants to go back to hanging out washing?
--- Get a Load of This ---
Creda helpfully supply some charts, giving the average weight of some typical washday items, to help you decide how much to put into the machine without overloading it. The dryer will hold a load of 6kg (dry weight) of items made from natural fabrics, and 3kg with a load comprising man-made fibres (synthetics or acrylics). The reason for this is that synthetics need more room to tumble, if an "elephant's backside" effect is to be avoided!
There is also a label on the front of the machine, showing the average drying times to be expected for full- and half-loads of acrylic, synthetic and cotton fabrics. Very useful...

My New Tumble Dryer Balls
Advantages: Cut down on drying time
Disadvantages: None
...the need to use a softener during washing.
Dryer Balls tumble around with your clothing as it is drying, they lift and separate the clothes as they dry thus reduce the static build up and the little nodules on the balls massage the fibres of your clothing making them softer and fluffier.
My Findings
When I first opened the Dyer Balls and took them from the packet I was really quite surprised at how hard and solid they felt, I had imagined them to be soft, this made me very nervous at the thought of putting them in the dryer with my washing, I thought I might be opening up the dryer to find my washing all ripped up! Nevertheless I was intrigued to find out what these balls could do for my washing, so the first time I used them I decided to put them in with 3 pairs of jeans. Denim jeans I thought would stand up better to the dryer...

HOTPOINT 7KG CONDENSER TUMBLE DRYER
Advantages: Large capacity, can be put anywhere, stylish design
Disadvantages: Can make the room warm
...My husband and I bought this condenser when we were moving into our new house - previously we had a tumble dryer with a hose but in our new house there was no actual space for the tumble dryer so we had to take a cupboard out for it and it wasn't very practical to have a hose running across the middle of the kitchen to the window!!
So we decided to get a condenser (my mum has one and highly recommended them), it basically takes away the need for a hose as the water goes into a container built in to the tumble dryer. This means you can put it anywhere in the house! It does still make the room quite warm but I just shut the kitchen door and it's not a problem.
This particular model looks really stylish in graphite (we actually went and bought all of our appliances in this colour because we liked it so much!). It also hold 7kg...
