I also wanted to give Marriott a chance to redeem themselves after my bad experiences working for them. I have only stayed in 5 star hotels on 2 previous occasions: Chicago in 1977 and Miami in 1988. On both occasions I felt that I was out of my depth. AIRPORT TO HOTEL After leaving Prague airport I located someone holding a Cityrama placard. It was his job to drive us to the hotel. In Prague taxi drivers have a dodgy reputation and are best avoided. But taxis from the hotel can be trusted. Two other couples joined us on the mini-bus and were dropped off at other hotels. Advantages: Shiny new hotel, modern and comfortable
Disadvantages: Not the most interesting town in Tuscany

...The 4-star Hotel Da Vinci lies just on the other side of the River Arno from the town centre of Empoli. It's an easy walk from the hotel to all that the town has to offer, unfortunately that's not really an awful lot. On the plus side, it's an easy hotel to find - exit the superstrada 67 (or FI-PI-LI, Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) at either the Empoli east or west junction, follow the by-pass to the bridge, and turn right (or left) for Vinci. In case those instructions are too hard to follow, it's signposted all the way from the SS67 exit. Hotel Da Vinci is ideally situated for visiting some of the major attractions of Tuscany, being a 20-minute drive from Florence, 5 minutes further from Pisa, and around an hour from Sienna. Advantages: Located on Jumeriah Beach, comfortable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, SUPERB VALUE for money and quality for a 4 star hotel
Disadvantages: none really - if you get a sea view room

...the hotel and guests are picked up and dropped back to the hotel. The hotel also runs its own free bus service to Dubai city centre about 5 -6 times a day and back. PRICES Price range for this 4 -star Deluxe hotel range from 650.00 - 1075.00 (UAE Dirham ) if booked directly with the hotel. However, as you know I booked this hotel through Utell booking site and paid only 250 UAE Dirham + 10% tax, which is 275 Dir per day, which is less than £53 per double room, for 2 people, making it less than £30 person including breakfast!! Advantages: Super high-gloss telly drama, great cast, funny
Disadvantages: Nothing at all!

But for me, it is the main cast of Outhwaite and Beesley which make the show so good, they're completely believable in their roles and have a great on-screen presence. The remaining cast are also superb, and together create a great ensemble cast. Its great entertainment which lets you escape into the world of five star hotels and its high-glos opulent feels makes it perfect escpist television! The first series of Hotel Babylon on DVD is available on Amazon for the price of £23.98. You get all 8 episodes which runs for a total for 471 minutes. Each episode is 1 hour long, so you can quite a lot of viewing for your money. The DVD is released by 2 Entertain Video in March 2007. It has a certificate of 15 due to some themes and language used. ...expect from a (good) 4-star hotel in the UK or Ireland, and a lot better than even some 5-star hotels I’ve frequented. ~ ~ OK. What will all this luxury cost you. Well, we paid as part of a package, which came to just over €2,000 for the week, but obviously this included flights, car hire, and hotel. I’ve investigated their homepage on the Web, (http://www.alpenhotel-kitzbuehel.at/index.htm) and prices start from around the €47.50 mark per night. This is in low season, and obviously they are more expensive at peak holiday times. Discounts are given for kids, (up to 80%) and it’s cheaper still to stay in one of their self-catering chalets. But the prices vary so much depending on what time of the year you intend visiting, and what sort of accommodation you require, that the best thing I can advise is for you... Read review

...quite good considering it is approxiamtely a 2 star / 3 star hotel. Standard rooms come with a small lounge with sofas and television powered by coins, a table and telephone along with a safe to keep any important belongings. It has a small open kitchen connected to the lounge space, with sink, cooker, fridge and freezer along with cupboards containing necessary cups and pans and cutlery. Thereafter is the toilet - an average sized toilet with a multipurpose bath and shower, and it's a pressure shower so its great for a simple water body massage. Next up are the rooms... Consists of 2 single beds in the same room, along with a large wardrobe with extra quilts and bed sheets except really not necessary considering how hot it is in Gran Canaria - even above 15 and 20 degrees at night time. ...Me and my girlfriend (she's 23 & loves disney more than me!) went for a 2 week holiday in January 2007. Now we were on a budget so to find that there was a Disney budget hotel was a great find. We booked our holiday, including flights, transfers & hotel for around £500 each I think. We stayed in the Disney All Star Music Hotel. Now the whole Disney area in Orlando would cover the size of Greater Manchester, so you get an idea how big the whole place is. All the parks and hotels are surrounded by spacious, open land. Now our hotel was part of 3 all-star resorts the other two being All-Star Movies and All-Star Sports. All three hotels are 3 floors, decorated colourfully and uniquely with huge figures relating to the theme (i.e. we had a 40ft drum set outside our little hotel buiding). ...The Hotel Begardenhof, in Cologne is a recently opened hotel with modern architecture with stylish, cosy ambiance. Now becasue of the position of the hotel is approx 2km to the motorway in the cologne-south. The hotel is appox 15km from Kolin-Bonn airport and approx 7km to the central station of cologne. The Hotel Begardenhof is a 3 star astablishment with 36 rooms and i have to say that rooms are of a very high standard. Now a single room includes buffet breakfast, all the food you can eat in the morning as breakfast is the most important meal of the day lol. Now the rooms facilities are exceptional and that word is not over used in this case. the facilities include Internet facilities, Mini-bar, Shower, TV, Telephone, Hair Dryer, Wake Up Service/Alarm-clock, Radio, Working desk, Seating area, Bathroom Amenities, Toilet, Bathroom... ...= OTHER FACILITIES As I have already mentioned, I tend to find rooms are pretty much of a muchness in hotels irrespective of the chain and the star rating, so what else did the Europa have to offer? A restaurant, a bar (where a pint of Stella cost £2.70) a very grand and imposing reception area and a hair and beauty salon. Pretty much it I’m afraid, so if you are looking for lots of facilities, forget the Europa, although I am led to believe there are numerous activities within easy walking distance. There is apparently parking and valet parking available at the Europa, although I have no idea of costs, sorry. I did try the website but it wasn't forthcoming. ...The All star Hotels in Orlando a fantastic Fun hotell. When I first visited Orlando this is the first Hotel I stayed in All Star Music. They now have 3 hotels in this line of hotel.All Star Sport , the first built ,then Music and in 1999 they built movies. These are bold bright hotels with over sized music ,sport or movie items dotted around the complex you have to see this you have about 60ft basket balls ,cowboy boots,dalmation, guitars your imagination will love it it is all true. The hotel it self is very big and you will feel lost the first time you arrive but it has maps every where and the main pool is usually a focal point where you can start from.
