...Well these are the best tweezers I have ever used! I bought these online when I lost my other tweezers (which I had previously called the best ever) and even though they cost a bit-around £12.75 I think and I bought them in bright neon Pink! I bought them online, I can’t remember the website, but I think it was through Amazon. They have a protective rubber cap on the end to keep your fingers safe and to keep them tips as sharp, clean and protected as possible. They are very sharp, which makes them very precise. They ones I got were slanted which is better, in my opinion than the straight ones. They are fantastic and tweezing the very short, stubbly hairs that are one just starting to grow back, so you don’t have to wait a few days until you have something to grab hold of! ...wow these are fantastic tweezers, £16 may seem a lot of money to pay for tweezers but they come with a life time guarantee! they grab the shortest hairs and somehow make tweezing easier, faster and less painful, so thats always a good thing.every beaut salon i know uses tweezerman procucts because they really are the best on the market! also the bright colours make them easy to find in the bottom of your make up bag. you can pick them up for about a tenner on ebay. i'll never use cheap tweezers again. you get what you pay for.ive recommended them to all my friends and they are now all tweezerman converts. they also do eyelash curlers which are amazing aswell.xx... ...Every girl wants to look her best and the one thing that irritates me with women is the over grown bushy eyebrows, the Liam Gallagher mono brow specials which are where it looks like you have only one eyebrow. Ladies there is never a need to look like that. The number of times I have wanted to stop someone in a street and pluck their eyebrows is quite scary and on this issue I do border neurotic. ...First of all, I have a confession to make in this review: my Tweezerman tweezer is actually neon PINK, not neon RED like the product description says but I am a pink lover and a, proud to be one! I have been the proud owner of this particular pair of tweezers for over 6 years now - quite a feat really. In that time, the tweezers have joined me on my travels round the globe and have been back home to the US 3 times for sharpening. I have never lost them, had them stolen or damaged them. Before finding these amazing tweezers, I was using some appalling cheapo ones which I had probably got as part of a tacky gimmicky Christmas gift set once long ago. ...Most of us women folk will own a set of tweezers, of that I am fairly certain. I myself have been searching for the perfect set of tweezers for a long time. Tweezers I have had up until now have tended to be the basic square ended ones from Boots or Bodyshop and although they were effective on the whole, didn't give the help I needed for those fine, whisker like hairs on the fat part of your brow (apologies if there is a technical name for this!). I have Vitaligo, which is lack of pigment - which in turn means some of my eyebrows can grow in white where the pigment on the skin beneath has gone. These hairs tend to be more stubborn with often being quite downy and hard to get a hold of with my regular tweezers from Bodyshop. Their tweezers aren't very flexible and are almost quite stiff to hold, their ends are quite thick and squared... Read review

...Okay, so tweezing your eyebrows is always going to be one of the most tedious tasks you'll ever have to perform (with the possible exception of cleaning the toilet!) but everyone knows the difference that tweezing your eyebrows can make to your face. We've all seen the pictures of the now gorgeous celebrities before they discovered tweezers (Julia Roberts anyone?) Now I have seriously plucked my eyebrows (and I mean seriously!) and I need a really good pair of tweezers to cope with my tweezing demands. ...I have had the Philips Satin Ice Epilator for a few years now and feel 100% qualified to review it. Epilating uses an oscillating head with lots of tweezers that work in harmony to pull hairs from the root as you roll it across your skin. The hair needs to be long enough to tweezer out. It is better than waxing because you do not need to grow your hair as long, but it does take a fair bit longer to epilate your legs than to wax them. Results last as long as waxing does. And it is cheaper because you do not have to buy replacements. You just keep using the epilator until it dies. It comes in a handy pouch to keep it neat and tidy. It has a mains adapter, and ice pack and an exfoliating head along with the epilator. The ice pack must be kept in the freezer and then clipped onto the back during epilation so that it cools the skin... Read review
