George Michael - Twenty Five - A Masterpiece!!

Advantages: Great songs, lots of choice, two albums.
Disadvantages: Doesn't include one of my favourite ever songs.

...1982 as part of duo Wham!, by the time they split in 1986 George had already become very successful as a solo artist and was known for his amazing song-writing abilities. He has had many hit singles over the last 25 years and has regularly been in and out of the press, some of his songs are based on true stories from his life and incidents involving the press ('Outside'), also politics such as 'Shoot The Dog'. Get thrown headfirst into the Roaring Twenties!

Advantages: Fast paced easy read, funny, well written characters
Disadvantages: Slow start, weak love interest

...I have been a big fan of Sophie Kinsella for many years now, having first discovered her Shopaholic series and her stand alone books Can You Keep A Secret, Remember Me?, and The Undomestic Goddess. Kinsella has clearly conquered the chick-lit world and remains one of my favourite authors, but I find her stand alone books a bit hit and miss - although I enjoyed Can You Keep A Secret even more than the Shopaholic series, I found Remember Me and The Undomestic Goddess rather disappointing. That said, it was always a given when her new book, Twenties Girl, was released that I would be eager to read it. When Lara Lington finds out her 105 year old Great Aunt Sadie has died it's the least of her worries - having recently been inexplicably dumped by her boyfriend Josh, and having just set up her own headhunting business with school friend...

Mystery Jets: Twenty One (Album Review)

Advantages: Catchy Tunes, Strong Vocals
Disadvantages: Last four songs....

...In their first album ('Making Dens'), Mystery Jets were accused of being inconsistant in their style - their album seemed a swirl of ideas somehow not brought together in one piece successfully. Mystery Jets however in their second album seem to have found their path. Twenty One has a strong collection of songs - picking which were to be the singles must have been a difficult choice to make. The album opens with a air raid siren, preparing you for a 50 minute delight. Songs like 'Young Love' and 'Half in Love with Elizabeth' are instantly catchy, Young Love also featuring a strong vocal performance from up and coming acoustic guitarist/singer Laura Marling. Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec

Advantages: A great car from all angles
Disadvantages: Not as many extras included as I would have liked

...I am now the proud owner of a ford focus 1.6 zetec and for the first time in many years I have actually found a car that pretty muc suits all my needs. I have spent many a time in cars that are too big, too small, not suitable, not comfortable etc but this is everything I could ask for. I own the three door version but the doors open widely and when the front seat is moved forward there is plenty of room to get anyone in the back, even my mother in law who is disabled. The back of this car is extremely spacious, comfortably fitting 3 large adults in. The boot size is deceiving in that it looks pretty small but is very spacious indeed. Perfect for all those shopping bags as well as a childs pushchair. The actual drive of this car is superb. Mine runs on unleaded and is very economical. I can get over 200 miles to £35...

Saxo 1.1 Forte

Advantages: nimble with good performance for its engine size, fun handling
Disadvantages: Steering takes getting used to, basic interior, basic equipment

...of performance, the 1.1 is a little slow. If you know how to get the best out of an engine this isnt a problem and you will soon find yourself moving briskly, keeping things on the boil with a few more frequent gear changes than usual. My advice here, get one with a rev counter or if you are impatent dont be tight and get one with a bigger engine! I would reccommend the 1.4 Furio or 1.6 VTR (8v) if you want anything that has all-round performance. Fuel Even driven hard on motorways or back lanes it will always give around 45mpg. On a long careful drives we achieve 50mpg easilly. handling is its best quality - lots of FUN. Dont forget the VTR/VTS performance models are considered amongst the best handling cars around. It is beautifully balanced. My only critisism of the car here is that the ride can get 'bouncy' at times on rough roads...

Ipod shuffle 1GB

Advantages: Easy to use with simple menus
Disadvantages: Perhaps not eneough storage for some

...I was brought one of these ipod shuffle, 1 gb for Christmas. Ｉhave previously owned an ipod nano and have to say that I much prefer the shuffle, I have found it much more easy to use and more easy to attach to my clothing whilst using it in the gym. The battery life lasts ages, at least 7 hours and can be charged up by a wide variety of methods so its very easy to do so whatever the circumstances. It holds approximately 240 songs which is adequate for my needs, and itunes makes it very easy to chop and change the tracks I want on there quickly by connecting to the computer by a usb cable. All in all I would very highly recommend the ipod shuffle, there is the added bonus of being able to choose the colour you want. Ｈｏｗｅｖｅｒ　ｔ 5352...
