▼ My Drawers are See Through ▼
Review of NEFF K 4255 X1 by
susie191
Advantages: See through drawers 50:50 fridge freezer, cool top, cold bottom.
Disadvantages: Built in means you lose some capacity.
...through drawers.
▼▲ A Cool Top ▼▲
The 50/50 Fridge Freezer model is a built in appliance so it is all behind two closed doors and is therefore nicely hidden away. The fridge is on the top which is in my opinion the right way round. I only occasionally open the freezer but am always getting milk or whatever from the fridge. This saves a lot of bending. The doors can be hinged either on the left or right of the appliance. Ours hinge on the left.
When you open the the fridge door you are faced with a decent sized interior; it has 151 litres useable capacity. There are plenty of shelves and mini shelves in the door which can be repositioned to suit the way you stack your fridge contents. There are two see through salad drawers at the bottom of the fridge allowing you easy viewing of what is inside them. One...

Glued Teeth and Psychotic Cash Drawers
Review of Top 5 Childhood Memories by
shorn_the_sheep
Advantages: I get to chuckle at all my childhood silliness
Disadvantages: I also get to cringe at all my childhood silliness
...what? She didn’t! I left the dog’s tooth under my pillow that night, and in the morning there was a shiny bright 50p waiting for me. I felt justified in my tantrum, and my mum was just glad I’d stopped screaming.
Now, if only someone had told me the truth about the tooth fairy sooner, they could have saved an awful lot of fuss!!
THE ONE WITH THE KILLER CASH DRAWER:
Anyone who has ever seen the till in Open All Hours will find this story very familiar. When I was five, my parents purchased a grocery store, which we lived above. During the school holidays, because I didn’t want to stay in the flat on my own, I was allowed down into the shop to fill shelves, trip up customers and generally make a nuisance of myself. My parents didn’t mind me being there, as long as I followed the rules, of which there were two. Rule one was don...

BOTTOMS STILL FALLING OUT OF MY DRAWERS
Review of Unibond No More Nails by
mr-zeeman
Advantages: IT'S CHEAPER THAN A HAMMER
Disadvantages: IT'S USELESS FOR 'AWKWARD' ITEMS SUCH AS DRAWER-BOTTOMS
...in place for a few minutes ... lifted up the drawer ... and the bottom fell out. Back to square one ... more glue ... held it in place for longer this time ... lifted it up ... and ~ Hey Presto ~ the bottom fell out. Hhhmmm, I was fast becoming a sticky mess, and so was the kitchen floor ... more glue ... and this time, with the help of Selotape, string, and the dog's lead, I strapped the whole lot together. Two hours later, I unwrapped the drawer ... lifted it up ... and the bottom dropped out.
I scanned the tube for an address where I could send a "Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain ..." letter ~ and that's when I saw it: THE SMALL PRINT!
"UniBond NO MORE NAILS dries in approximately 24 hours". Oh right ... so that's what "instant" means.
Well, what can I say? Maybe this stuff is excellent if you leave it in contact...

Night night sleep tight
Review of Slumberland drawer master bed by
mumsymary
Advantages: A good nights sleep
Disadvantages: none
...Slumberland.
Night night sleep tight mind the bed bugs don’t bite ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
My husband and I sleep on a slumberland bed. We bought it about 18 months ago. There are a variety of different slumberland beds and mattresses ours is the one shown here I think. Our bed is a king size it is also available in double or super king. We bought it from Benson beds. R R P is over £899We also bought ours in sale somewhere between £400 and£500 I notice in the sale today its £389 Slumberland beds are quite easy to find from other retailers.
Our bed has a blue check design. It is a mattress on a 4-drawer divan base. The draws are a good size and seem quite strong, I keep spare bedding in ours.
Bensons delivered our bed, neighbours let them in while we were at work, and they left our bed at the bottom of the stairs...

Review of Top 10 Ways to Waste Time by

Advantages: Time passes.
Disadvantages: Time is spent on things that really aren't constructive or worthwhile.

*Channel surfing. Flipping aimlessly through the television channels is a wonderful waste of time – especially when I actually have satellite dish service and thus have over three hundred different channels to run through at roughly the speed of light.
*Pondering the unanswered questions in life. Some of my favorites are:

”Would Superman have to use kryptonite condoms to keep from blowing a hole right through Wonder Woman?”
“If Barbie is so popular, why must we buy all of her friends?”
“If two...

Two by two and sail away
Review of Orchard Toys Two by Two by
danielalong
Advantages: Educational game
Disadvantages: Bit tedious
...Two by Two
Another game produced by Orchard Toys
This encourages children to take turns, communicate and play cooperatively.
This is designed specifically to link with early Leatning goals, encourage observation and personal and social skills, and to encourage observation.
Who is it for?...
This is a game for 2-4 players and is recommended for ages 2-6. However, I think 2-6 is quite a wide range developmentally, and would recommend it for the lower ages ie about 2-4 years
What do I get?...
Inside the box, you get:
3-D Noah's ark which is an ark made of thick card and decorated with animals and Noah himself
42 cards - 20 pairs of animals and 2 rain clouds. There are a good range of animals- butterflies, lions, iguanas, zebras, crocodiles (to name a few). One of the most useful things is to ask...

Ok, I Am Mad, But I Must Have Been Craaaazy
Review of Boss 6 Drawer Compact Seatbox by
BJEEE
Advantages: Sturdy, well made, comfortable blah blah blah
Disadvantages: Pricey...but thats it.
...).
The BOSS box, since the humble company beginnings around 10 years (ish) ago, hasn’t actually changed much. The boxes basically look the same, are made to the same exceptionally high standards, and prices haven’t really changed *that* much.
Every angler has different needs (Yep, it true!! We don’t all just sit there doing exactly the same thing). Companies like BOSS obviously understand this and their range of products is set out to give the anglers what they need. For example, my box has: (I’ll explain all of this in a bit more detail in a minute).
• A pole seat
• Winder Tray
• 6 Drawers – 4 shallow (25 mm deep), 2 deep (50 mm deep)
• 2 intermediate trays (approx. 60 mm each)
• A shallow fibreglass base (90 mm)
• Aluminium footplate
• 6 Mudfeet (inc...

Part two of his masterpiece
Review of Want Two (Parental Advisory) [PA] - Rufus Wainwright by
dtait07
Advantages: Some of his best ever tracks
Disadvantages: Occasional repetitive slow burners
...Review of Rufus Wainwright - Want Two
Short History
Rufus is an openly gay Canadian/American singer songwriter whose career has been more on the cult side of success than mainstream. In-between critical success, if not huge sales, of his first two albums; 'Rufus Wainwright' and 'Poses' he became addicted to drugs, in particular crystal meth. Upon hitting rock bottom Rufus checked himself into rehab before returning to the studio to record two albums named 'Want One' and 'Want Two' (album reviewed here)
Want One
Working with producer Marius de Vries (collaborator with Bjork, Madonna, David Gray) Rufus recorded two albums worth of strong material, which were segmented into two records. Want One was a very personal collection, often with big brass sounds to boot and a much bolder record than any he had...

One Pint of Two Pints!
Review of Two Pints by
tange
Advantages: Hoppy, dry and quite well balanced. A good example of a Bitter beer.
Disadvantages: Not the best in the world.
...It’s kind of fitting that my last review of Cropton Brewery’s products should be of their first beer! Before I write a review of the brewery and the tour itself (currently being written) I thought I’d complete my series of reviews with my opinion on Two Pints.
~~~THE BREWERY.
The brewery we now know as Cropton dates from 1994 and can be found on farmland (called Woolcroft) in Cropton. Previous to that the business was housed in the cellar of the brewery tap ~ a pub called the New Inn. Cropton has a long brewing pedigree; beer has been produced here since 1613! Since moving the brewery has continued to expand but still remains an independent and traditional business.
Cropton beers can be purchased on-line via their web-site, in local pubs and at Beer Festivals and come in bottles and as cask ales. The place to sample them...
The Plot
In January 1991, eight members of the SAS regiment embarked upon top secret mission that was to infiltrate them deep behind enemy lines. Under the command of Sergeant Andy McNab, they were to sever the underground communication link between Baghdad and Northwest, and to seek and destroy mobile scud launchers.
Bravo Two Zero Crew
Below are the members of Bravo Two Zero.
